Vacanza da rifare
Pros:

La struttura è immersa nel verde e quindi non si soffre il caldo rovente. Inoltre la spiaggia dista dalla camera da un vialetto alberato, piacevole da fare a piedi ma disponibile anche una piccola navetta a sei posti elettrica. La baia della spiaggia è stupenda, mare pulito e spiaggia pulita. C'è il bar sulla spiaggia aperto tutto il giorno con un ottimo servizio dei ragazzi, sempre sorridenti. Sulla spiaggia c'è il ristorante Trabucco a cui si può accedere solo su prenotazione a pranzo compreso nell' all inclusive dove si gustano dei buoni piatti di pesce, carne e verdure grigliate.

Cons:

Ci sono stati dei disagi per la mancanza di sapone in camera che si è risolto il giorno dopo con ulteriore richiesta. È scattato il differenziale del condizionatore ma la manutenzione è stata tempestiva nel risolvere il disagio. La camera era giusta ma il bagno un po' stretto a causa della doccia, troppo a ridosso del bidet tanto che urtavano le porte e non si riusciva ad uscirne con comodità. Nei primi tre giorni non funzionavano le luci nel viale antistante le camere ma poi lo hanno risolto. Il ristorante dove andavamo sia per la colazione che a pranzo e cena sembrava un po' una mensa con i tavoli poco distanti l' uno dall' altro ma si mangiava abbastanza bene, il cibo era abbondante e tra tante pietanze qualcosa doveva piacerti. I ragazzi che sparecchiavano sorridenti e gentili.

Mare bellissimo, servizi da migliorare

Posizione e struttura in sé, mare bellissimo!

Cons:

A seguito di un serio problema avuto con la camera, sebbene sia stata sostituita con una di pari livello, nessuno si è premurato di scusarsi per l’incidente che poteva avere conseguenze serie, solo il manutentore al momento della constatazione dell’accaduto ha chiesto come stessi.

Spiaggia, mare e staff animazione

Cons:

Pessima pulizia, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera (con una di un livello inferiore senza ovviamente nessun tipo rimborso) perché c’era odore cattivo. I servizi della camera superior dovevano comunque essere garantiti ma non è stato così. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare ogni giorno la reception o lo staff delle pulizie per averli.

Pros:

Sono ritornato volentieri al Gusmay, perchè sono innamorato della location. Il resort ha una posizione fantastica, pienamente immerso nella natura, spiaggia privata, ben curata ed acque cristalline ...da favola!!

Cons:

Il servizio al ristorante..non è da 4 stelle, ed è un vero peccato.

Baia da sogno
