It’s located in Ta Van village, about 10KM from Sapa town. The homestay has a beautiful garden. The room is clean and spacious, offer delicious breakfast.

- Er zit een heel lekker restaurant op 3 minuten loopafstand genaamd ‘Ly House’ bij het kleine bruggetje.

We had originally booked only 4 days but ended up staying almost 2 weeks. We really enjoyed the place: the views are beautiful, the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Loan, the host, is very kind and attentive.

Right in front of the house there is a lovely, well-kept garden.

We also loved the area, especially because we enjoy walking. There are plenty of hiking routes starting directly from the property, which made it a much better choice than staying in SaPa. You’re closer to nature, and the village itself has several good options for meals.

Breakfast was good, with typical Vietnamese options (like pho, fried noodles, egg omelette, pancakes…).

Die nette Gastgeberin Loan war sehr zuvorkommend, gab uns Tipps und war sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, vor allem der selbstgemachte Ingwertee war lecker. Schöne Lage zwischen den Reisfeldern.

I absolutely loved everything about this homestay. It truly felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host was very friendly, the house was spotless, and I had a wonderful night’s rest. What I enjoyed the most was the view from the window — mountains, terraced rice fields, and even a waterfall, all in sight. The breakfast was also delicious, and the location couldn’t be better.

The room was amazing, the view from the room is great, also a very comfortable bed with warm shower, the host is very nice. The breakfast was different for the 2 days, 1 day pancakes and 1 day bread with egg, I dont like egg so it was no problem to get a noodle soup.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Familiär und saubere, große Zimmer! Wohlfühlatmosphäre ab Tag eins.

Panorama bellissimo, camera spaziosa e illuminata, dintorni con villaggi locali, perfetti per chi cerca di immergersi in quello che sta rimanendo autentico di Sa Pa. La proprietaria di casa è gentile e ospitale. Il cibo era delizioso.

An absolutely perfect stay! The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and have the most amazing views of the area and the homes garden. Loan was an incredible and accomodating host, and made us feel so welcome during our stay! Can't wait to come back one day :)

Skvělé ubytování s velmi milou hostitelkou. Ubytování vypadalo nově, velkým pozitivem byla snídaně, která byla každý den jiná.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 10 night stay with treks and walks around sapa and ta van . Loan and Trang have welcomed me into their home and shared their wonderful cultivation of their paradise garden with me which has been memorable. I have enjoyed family meals when invited to sit with them. The children and family are lovely!

Nothing but nice words for this lovely place! The host family welcome you in such a warm way, and everything is perfect. We were particularly impressed with the spacious rooms, in addition to the garden which you can relax and enjoy the marvellous scenery. The location is brilliant if you want to experience the local culture, walks and a true feeling of what Sapa is. We did not find ourselves venturing to the centre much, so overall a perfect location - thank you!

Great place to stay, 10 min walking to the main area

Big, clean, and modern room with a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains. There is always hot water, and the AC is reversible, so it can heat as well.
Loan is lovely and can help to organise your days.
Breakfast is simple but nice as well.
We would definitely come back if we pass by the region again

Everything was excellent! We loved our stay. Even if the weather was not the best, we enjoyed it. Owners are such a lovely people, taking care of their guests. The dinner with them and their family was delicious ❤️ everyday different breakfast also very tasty. The room is as very clean and cozy with nice garden view. We visited in winter time, outside was cold but heating was good enough to heat up the room. It’s a bit far from the Sapa town but in very nice, calm area. Owners are organizing transport if you need, gojek works as well.

The property is very peaceful. It has a beautiful view from the rooms which were very clean and had all the basic amenities you would need. The host family is very hospitable and friendly. They were super helpful with recommendations as well. Value for money given the experience we had.
