Desayuno rico y aceptable cantidad! La ubicación estaba muy bien! Céntrica pero sin ruido a 10 min de la grand place o de la estación de tren Bruselas central a 12 min!

Hotel in guter Lage mit gutem Service, aber nur, wenn man das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen braucht.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück und das Personal sind sehr gut. Man fühlt sich willkommen und kann sich den ganzen Tag Tee und Kaffee holen in der Lobby/Frühstücksraum. Das WLan ist ebenfalls gut.
Das Design ist gut, aber nicht immer qualitativ hochwertig ausgeführt, so ist vieles schon abgeschlagen und fleckig im Flur und auch der Lobby.

Cons:

Die Zimmer Nr5 in jedem Stock sind die kleinsten und sind so klein, dass außer einem Bett nichts mehr Platz hat. Die Tür bekommt man gerade noch auf, ohne am Bett zu streifen. Es gibt eine kleine Ablagefläche, wo die Kaffeemaschine steht und direkt darüber die Kleiderstange, so dass man, wenn man seinen Mantel aufhängt, diesen in der Kaffemaschine hängen hat. Auch im Bad gibt es keine Ablagefläche, weswegen der vorhanden Fön im WC liegt.
Und das Fenster führt in einen finsteren Lichthof, wo eine Fluchtstiege angebracht ist, weswegen der Name Lichthof irreführend ist, denn es kommt kein Licht mehr herein.
Das Bett ist groß und für 2 gut geeignet, nur kann man sich zu zweit nicht in diesem Zimmer aufhalten.
Es wäre wohl sinnvoller ein Einzelbett hineinzustellen und dafür fehlende Kleiderhaken und Ablage/Abstellmöglichkeiten zu schaffen.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente, todo su personal simpático y servicial y en cuanto al desayuno tiene todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación un poco pequeño, y la ducha un poco incómoda al no tener cristal ya que se termina mojando todo

Das unkomplizierte Personal, das nette Frühstück, die ständige Verfügbarkeit von Kaffee, Tee, tolle Dusche und bequemes Bett. Auf Nachfrage habe ich sofort ein anderes Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht bekommen. Schönes Farb konzept.

Cons:

Ein Stuhl im Zimmer, sowie eine Nachtkonsole fehlten mir. Habe ich aber auch nicht reklamiert.

Buona posizione vicino alla Grand Place...struttura particolare ma pulita e funzionale...buona colazione...adatta a soggiorni brevi viste le dimensioni delle camere...

A pleasant experience in a new city for us.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with good variety and careful presentation. The fresh fruit salad was especially appreciated. Coffee and cakes always available. The staff were all kind and helpful even to the point of running out in the rain to borrow a bottle opener from a restaurant.

Cons:

The location was less central than we had thought but we couldn’t expect the hotel to be where it was not.

Em geral eu gostei de tudo, principalmente da localização do hotel.

Cons:

As únicas coisas que deixaram um pouco a desejar na minha opinião foram a iluminação do quarto e lugares para pendurar as toalhas e para colocar as roupas e as malas

La posizione e lo spirito giovanile

Cons:

Assomiglia più ad un ostello che ad un hotel vero e proprio. La camera con la finestra murata proprio no comunque, neanche in un ostello. Dovrebbe essere per lo meno segnalato al momento della prenotazione per chi soffre di claustrofobia è davvero invalidante.
