A mixed experience here, the Staff member on Reception was friendly and helpful and the hotel front door was secure with swipe card access.
However the room was not really as pictured - there was no window, and it was smaller than expected.

Location good.. room facilities bad as no door to washroom.
Pros:

The location was good. Door drop by cabs. The staff was polite. Breakfast buffet was good

Cons:

The room smelled damp when we entered each time. The lights were way too dim. At night it was super dark inside the room. Worst thing, there was no door to washroom.

Matig maar redelijk voor een nacht.
Pros:

Beden , douche en ontbijt waren goed

Cons:

Slechte verlichting in de kamer, geen kasten en alles was donker blauw geschilderd, muren ,plafond en vloer alles was donker groen/blauw.

Très bon séjour à recommander
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et aidant - literie très bien - buffet petit dej très bien - excellente localisation - près d’un arrêt de métro et d’une boîte à lettres !!! Plein centre touristique .

Sono stata due volte al Mila hotel, la prima volta ho avuto una camera molto piccola, la seconda volta ho fatto presente che sono claustrofobica e mi hanno dato una stanza grande, con 4 portefinestre ed un balcone, fantastica, non ho avuto problemi di claustrofobia con una stanza così. Prodotti della nuxe e macchinetta per il caffè nespresso, letto molto comodo

La.stanza era un po' fredda, ho fatto presente, sono venuti ma nn hanno potuto risolvere. Quando si fa la doccia, l'acqua tende ad entrare nella camera, un po' più di luce nel vano ascensore al piano terra

J'ai effectué la réservation pour ma mère et mes tantes qui m'ont remonté que l'hôtel était beaucoup plus joli en photo qu'en vrai. Les chambres sont toutefois propres et la literie confortable, mais elles sont assez spartiates. Avec des fenêtres donnant sur le mur d'en face très proche. L'emplacement a été extrêmement apprécié, à proximité des sites majeurs et de bons restaurants.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé en plein cœur de Bruxelles, à deux pas des attractions touristiques mais aussi de multiples bars et restos. Chambre design et cozy, très chouette partie salle de bains.
Petit-dèj varié et complet.
Personnel chaleureux et accueillant.

Pros:

Il y avait un paire de pantoufles. Le lit était assez confortable. Il y avait un petit déjeuner.L'accueil est agréable.

Cons:

La chambre est assez petite. Impossible de couper la climatisation. Il y a de bruits ( on dirait système de climatisation ou aéré ou par ailleurs.)
On peut ouvrir la fenêtre à peine, à cause de lit à côté.
