I love staying at this resort

Location and stuff available

Cons:

I reported to the front desk three times that a portion of the sealing fell on the table and floor, no one came to clean it up and I was there Wed evening when the piece fell. They told Me Booking.Com would refund Me $50.00

Pros:

We liked the location.

Cons:

We couldn't check in at 4, staff kept saying "30 more mins" they ended up giving us a random room. The shower curtain was molded, the floor behind lamp/nightstand had mold on the floor, the door entering the room sounded like we were walking in the Adams family house, screeching and the bed/bedding always felt moist. The shower wasn't clean. The balcony door was broke, wouldn't lock.

Cons:

RUDE staff, rooms were dirty, doors in room were broken sofa bed was so dirty when you lifted the mattress

The location and pools were great everything else was just nasty and horrible.

First they didn’t have my reservation, than they gave me a room that the sleeping situation was not correct for what I paid for. Than we found bugs in the room the kitchen was filthy it was disgusting. Had I been staying longer then 1 night I would have requested my money back and I would have went somewhere else.

Unfortunately, our one-night stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.

The first thing we noticed was the terrible smell. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the entire hotel — in the hallways, around the pool area, and especially inside our room. The room itself was extremely dirty and outdated, and we even noticed mold on the walls, which was completely unacceptable.

Everything in the hotel felt very old, worn out, and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was far below what you would expect from a hotel charging this kind of price.

We paid approximately $220 for just one night, and in my opinion, the condition of this hotel does not come anywhere close to justifying that price. The price and quality simply do not match.

On top of that, breakfast was an additional charge, which made the experience even more disappointing. The breakfast area and facilities also felt very old and dirty.

For over $200 a night, I expected at least a clean, comfortable room and properly maintained facilities. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
