All was fine. I was very happy with experience.
Pros:

The uniqueness. Check in on your own. No desk clerk. And everything worked out.

Cons:

I do wish I knew that I had to climb a flight of stairs.

A brand new and tasteful facility
Pros:

The facility is brand new and the room I was very nicely decorated. Everything was sparking clean.
It is also very quiet; so I had overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
Although there is no reception, the management was readily available by messaging and extremely responsive.
Make sure you receive your room number and PIN needed to enter. In my case I didn't because of an email glitch (nothing to do with the property).

Pros:

Loved the cleanliness of the room and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Loved having the restaurant and a gift shop in the same building. I would suggest a grab bar outside the shower/tub and availability of ice on the floor.

Pros:

At 1st glance, the building looks like an industrial warehouse, but don't let that fool you! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. However, for us the highlight was the exceptional staff. We had a flat tire and the staff pitched in to get us the assistance we need to have the tire repaired which is way above what we expected.

We highly recommend this property if you're staying on Deer Island, NB.

Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Deer Island, this was an overnight stay in our way to St. Andrew’s by the Sea. The hotel looks very simple from the outside; However, the rooms are spacious, very new or recently renovated and super clean. Very quiet and the best is the Ferry access running often from early morning to nights.
Not many food options other than the hotel restaurant.

An enjoyable stay!

Great location in a quiet area. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated. Wonderful restaurant on site, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and supper at the hotel.

Nice clean room in a warehouse type building
Pros:

The room was new and large and clean, beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We drove past it twice, on the third try we saw the small sign right under the Cap Sill restaurant sign. Now I know why there weren’t any photos of the exterior online. It’s a two story metal building. It had the same aesthetic appeal as the asphalt parking lot. The rooms are on the second floor and accessed via a long set of outdoor stairs at the back of the building.

Pros:

Room was nice and clean. It was very quaint and charming on deer island which we had to take a free 20 min ferry to get to from L’Etete. Restaurant on the ground floor called Cap Sill had great lobster. The island is very picturesque and we even saw 2 deers during our walk. I’d recommend it.

Pros:

Our employees have stayed here multiple times and have said that it's their preferred location to stay. Absolutely beautiful spot, and love the convenience of a contactless check in as they work later some days.

Awesome Island hotel
Pros:

I booked this hotel not knowing I had to take a ferry onto the island it sits. This was very easy cheesy to do at 9:30 at night. We drove to our hotel upon arriving the owner, contacted me by phone to make sure everything was all good. Excellent service the place was beautiful.
