Sparkling clean, cute and comfy spot to explore Deer Island
Pros:

We were so impressed with everything about this little gem of a hotel! Sheena the Owner was so responsive to our concerns as we were delayed in arriving. The room was immaculately clean with a cute seaside decor. The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed and the bathroom was a very spacious size. Also, all the bedding and bath towels were pristine! We met the friendly cleaning staff as we were leaving and it’s obvious they take great pride in their work. The breakfast we had at the Cap Sill on site was also amazing and very reasonably priced with an excellent Server! Perfect location just a few minutes from the Deer Island to Latete Ferry landing. This hotel and restaurant get a 10++

C’était parfait comme endroit. Pour visiter les alentours ainsi que de pouvoir se rendre sur Campobello island.
Pros:

Quand on arrive on est surpris par le bâtiment, parce qu’on ne le voit pas dans les photos. Mais agréablement surprise à l’intérieur. Magnifiquement décoré! Et le fait de pouvoir y amener nos chiens sans frais supplémentaires.

Cons:

J’avais de la misère avec l’Internet. Donc je n’avais pas le code pour entrer. Une chance que le monsieur en bas a su nous offrir du wifi. J’ai pu rejoindre la personne responsable pour avoir mes infos. Un retour très rapide.
Le monsieur d’en bas dans le magasin est d’une aide très précieuse pour avoir de l’information. Plusieurs personnes s’adressent à lui pour savoir où est l’endroit où dormir.

All was fine. I was very happy with experience.
Pros:

The uniqueness. Check in on your own. No desk clerk. And everything worked out.

Cons:

I do wish I knew that I had to climb a flight of stairs.

A brand new and tasteful facility
Pros:

The facility is brand new and the room I was very nicely decorated. Everything was sparking clean.
It is also very quiet; so I had overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
Although there is no reception, the management was readily available by messaging and extremely responsive.
Make sure you receive your room number and PIN needed to enter. In my case I didn't because of an email glitch (nothing to do with the property).

Pros:

Loved the cleanliness of the room and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Loved having the restaurant and a gift shop in the same building. I would suggest a grab bar outside the shower/tub and availability of ice on the floor.

Pros:

At 1st glance, the building looks like an industrial warehouse, but don't let that fool you! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. However, for us the highlight was the exceptional staff. We had a flat tire and the staff pitched in to get us the assistance we need to have the tire repaired which is way above what we expected.

We highly recommend this property if you're staying on Deer Island, NB.

Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Deer Island, this was an overnight stay in our way to St. Andrew’s by the Sea. The hotel looks very simple from the outside; However, the rooms are spacious, very new or recently renovated and super clean. Very quiet and the best is the Ferry access running often from early morning to nights.
Not many food options other than the hotel restaurant.

Great location in a quiet area. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated. Wonderful restaurant on site, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and supper at the hotel.

Nice clean room in a warehouse type building
Pros:

The room was new and large and clean, beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

We drove past it twice, on the third try we saw the small sign right under the Cap Sill restaurant sign. Now I know why there weren’t any photos of the exterior online. It’s a two story metal building. It had the same aesthetic appeal as the asphalt parking lot. The rooms are on the second floor and accessed via a long set of outdoor stairs at the back of the building.
