Smart hotel. However oversold on balcony when it simply was not.
Pros:

Good quality. Expensive but very good staff.

Cons:

Booked a room with a balcony. It wasn’t a balcony and not worth the price for what it was.

WOW a fantastic hotel definitely want to return!
Pros:

It was incredible SO glad we stayed here for the last 2 nights. The staff are so lovely & friendly. The top floor pool and jacuzzi and bar amazing with such a fantastic view of the city.
Bed lovely and comfortable. Great having car park included and a great breakfast with fizz as a treat.

Cons:

Only thing I’d say is to have more of an outside part for eating breakfast but I think they are altering it to do that that as breakfast outside would be lovely. Has a small relaxing area already near the reception & the beautiful top floor with a restaurant upstairs in the evening.

Perfect location in Funchal to explore the island and breakfasts are divine!

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

- Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal
- Stylische Einrichtung
- Tolles Frühstücksbuffet (außer Kaffee)
- sehr gute Lage
- Shoppingcenter in den Untergeschossen
- schöne Rooftop-Bar

Cons:

Kaffee aus der Kapselmaschine am Frühstücksbuffet hat uns nicht besonders geschmeckt
(ist natürlich nur unser Empfinden)

A localização é excelente!
A zona da piscina é muito agradável, com uma boa vista. Embora não tenhamos usufruido da piscina por estar mau tempo, tivemos uma magnífica experiência a assistir ao fogo de artifício na noite de final de ano.
A simpatia e profissionalismo de alguns funcionários.
Achámos o quarto bastante funcional e as instalações recentes e cuidadas.
O facto de estar situado dentro de um centro comercial também pode ser uma mais valia, embora é pena que não hajam quartos com vista.

Pros:

Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, la vue depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel est splendide, l'hôtel et l'emplacement sont calmes, par contre notre chambre était juste à côté de l'ascenseur, et nous l'entendions beaucoup, heureusement pas trop la nuit. Le personnel de l'hôtel ainsi que du SPA est attentionné et très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent, mis à part (parfois) les gaufres et croissants qui étaient un peu secs. La chambre était propre, les lits ont été faits sans problème, par contre l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé de la semaine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré ces petits désagréments.

Cons:

Le SPA est très joli, mais la température est fraiche, et ne donne pas envie d'y rester, tout comme la température de l'eau du jacuzzi. Le bruit de l'ascenseur car notre chambre était juste à côté.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Zentrum von Funchal. Top Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal. Nachts die Aussicht am Pool ist unübertroffen. Das Essen war ebenfalls vom Feinsten. Würden gern wiederkommen.

Perfekte Hotellage um Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel zu unternehmen. Sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage obwohl das Hotel auf einem Einkaufszentrum steht. Auf allen Stufen sehr aufmerksames, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Super Lage für ein Stadthotel. Vielfältiges, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach mit Poolbar. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Duschobligatorium beim Pool hat uns persönlich gefehlt, Dafür müsste eine Dusche aber etwas wärmeres Wasser führen.
Lösung des WC Abteils im Zimmer spannend aber unangenehm, da jedes Geräusch für Mitreisende hörbar ist.
Fehlende Hacken um Badetücher etc. aufzuhängen im Zimmer. Wenig Kleiderbügel, wenige Ablagefächer im Kleiderschrank.
Frühere Poolöffnungszeiten wären schön.
