Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff
Cons:

I went to the reception, the day before check out and told them I’ll leave the next day and they said it’s fine. Day of check out, I went back to the reception twice to let them know I’m checking out and they said everything is fine, I can leave. I said goodbye and left. I assumed everything was fine because I was at the reception 3 times letting them know I’m leaving and they said I could go. I assumed booking.com charged my card like always.

An hour later after I left I get 10 text messages, 2 missed calls & 4 voice notes from the staff saying that he forgot to charge me. That he has spent his own personal money to pay my hotel and he wants me to send it immediately to his personal card. I told him I’ll ask booking.com to charge my card and he said no, he wants the money immediately because he needs to pay his house rent. I was so shocked because he went to the system and got my personal WhatsApp and texted me in such an unacceptable & unprofessional way. On top of that, he went and told his colleague who then messaged me about the money. Saying the guy used his personal money to pay rent, that I’m right its their fault but “you should not be upset about his mistake either” I was extremely mad at that ridiculous comment. Who are you to tell me how to feel when you don’t even know how to do your job right? On top of that, they don't even have a bank account. They want card-card payment which doesn’t exist in Dubai, then crypto payment, then bank transfer to their friend in Dubai which is so weird. I did the wire transfer & he confirmed he received the money but I was so angry with how this hotel disrespected me & how they don't have solutions to problems. You need to take full responsibility for problems you create and handle it professionally. U don’t contact the guest in such a disgusting embarrassing manner!

They ruined my holiday & their own reputation for what? $118??

I recommend this hotel
Pros:

The guest house left only the most pleasant impressions. The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby, and it’s easy to reach the main attractions. The rooms are very clean, with regular and high-quality housekeeping. The staff is attentive and helpful, always ready to assist and answer any questions. A wonderful place for a comfortable stay, and I will definitely come back again.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok canayakın. Yataklar çok rahat. Televizyon büyük ve smart olması sebepli uygulamadan film izleyebildik. F/p çok iyi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı yok, konum iyi ama taksi olmasa ve bu kadar ucuz olmasa sorun yaratabilir. Bir de banyoda kullanılan şampuan ve el sabunu kalitesi çok kötü. Ona bir el atın. Minibar ise tam çalışmıyor gibi, soğutmadı suları.

Pros:

Very large rooms with good facilities. Super friendly staff. Everything is easy and fast to reach via Yandex Taxi. Some good restaurant options around (5-10 minute walk), good communication upfront (clearly mentioned no breakfast option available in house but a good place close by)

Cons:

Laundry service available but very expensive. We just washed some urgent pieces by hand and waited for our next stay to do a full laundry run.
Also having a breakfast option in-house would be great.
