over all.it was a good stay.Was overcharged(double) by the taxi going to hotel.Location is a bit out
Pros:

no breakfast

Cons:

Difficult for non Koreans to figure out the self check-in process,and how to unlock the door.Need better instructions in these critical areas.Need to have more signage in English,and assume that the guest knows nothing of the Korean process,thus,over explain,rather than assume that some features,connectivities,how to turn on lights,connect to power sources ect,are understood by the guest
