Very small,, accommodating three people, the shower was very small, and the drain was blocked and water went throughout the entire room,, and the room was dirty,,

Will never going to stay here again. I recommend the place but the treatment of the caretaker made the stay not worth it

Cons:

One of the caretaker is always watching and telling you what to do. I have rented many accommodations like this but I never had encountered a caretaker always watching us. We usually only see caretakers when we need something. Will never going to stay here again. I recommend the place but the treatment of the caretaker made the stay not worth it. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our time, we had to worry about every move we take.

It’s okay, but noisy.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, a happy place to stay. No windows and next to the roadside = very noisy, had to sleep with earplugs.

Cons:

The staff invited us to eat duck and to drink with them.

Pros:

Personnels and owner are very warm, welcoming and friendly. The amenities are very worth the price. The bathroom is clean. The beddings, blankets and towels are clean. Room smells nice. It already have utensils to use. You don't have to worry about clean drinking water, they have water dispenser (hot and cold).

Exceeded my expectations! Peaceful homely managed by a beautiful family! Can't wait to come back!

Im from the UK and my wife is filipina.
So I booked to stay here with my family to celebrate new year. It was myself, my wife my daughter and our dog being a pet friendly hotel. We didn't expect much but honest to god it really exceeded our expectations! We we're able to park for free and was greeted by the owners nannai and her husband and daughter very welcoming with smiles and super helpful and smooth check in. Helped us to our room which was very clean and very homey can comfortable!

It's a small family run business and such an amazing family! Very accommodating and nothing was too much for them to guide us and advise us. They was absolutely amazing to my little daughter! We even had some drinks and food with them, they really made us feel welcomed and at home!

The area is very convenient located, it's on the main road so easily accessible and peaceful there.. just a short trike ride to san juan main strip and beach area and surfing hotel spots.. and walking distance just up the road to a more private quiet beach cove where we watched the fireworks for new year and had a new year party in the night.

Walking distance to other tourist attractions and activities, the mansion view point for a beautiful sunset and clay pottery making classes.. everything is near! Peaceful place away from the chaos and hustle and bustle, but super close of you like to party or day activities what every you like.

Nothing was too much of an ask from the hosts. The husband even took me for a drive in his car to go buy fireworks and anything we needed a little up the road to a lovely local village.

We only booked for 2 nights originally but loved it so much that we extended for another 2 nights extra!
Me and my wife was having a little drink in the room before going out for the evening as a family and bless the hosts they came up and sent some fresh cut fruit to our room to enjoy with our drinks!

I have no complaints whats so ever!

If u want a quiet place to stay this is the place for you because its a bit far from the center.
Pros:

Spacious and clean. Friendly owner.

Cons:

The toilet drain is clogged so it floods in the toilet whenever someone uses the shower. Wifi was slow but its ok sunce I have my mobile date.
