Pros:

Proximité du centre ville, piscine, petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

La salle de bain n’a pas été nettoyée de tout mon séjour (3 nuits), il n’y avait plus de papier toilettes, les toilettes et la douche étaient sales et plein de calcaire, la poubelle débordait. Des personnes ont check out et leur lit n’a pas été fait.
Je leur ai laissé une Laundry et j’ai récupéré mon linge encore humide après 24h.

Nice homestay
Pros:

Nice, chill homestay with pool. I was in the 10 bed dorm but did not feel that there were so many beds in there- spacious room with nice layout allowing for privacy. Beds were big, comfortable with fan, light, curtains, hangers. Lockers also provided (some big enough to fit the suitcase in). Good aircon. Owner was nice & explained the tours offered and also helped me book transfer to my next location including pick up/ drop off. Location was very good, close to the bars/restaurants and also the rice fields and some pagodas- I rented a bike for 50k/ day from the homestay.

Cons:

No filtered water provided- you had to buy it which is very common in Vietnam but not very convenient. Breakfast was basic.

Pros:

This place was great. Tam Coc is a neat town but more of a younger party western tourist area. I left after one night only because I am older and wanted a more local vibe. That said, I had no complaints about the hostel. Son was fantastic. Even though he looked disappointed I left early, he still treated me with respect and refunded me for the unused nights.
I met some great people here and even made a few new friends.

Pros:

El homestay esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero un poco alejado, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo. Tiene una pileta ideal para cuando volves cansado de las excursiones y la habitación compartida era muy amplia, los cubículos muy cómodos. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Si tenes que trabajar remoto no lo recomendaría, unos días habían personas haciendo karaoke a todo volumen y otro cerraron el comedor para que una influencer haga unos videos.

Merci au personnel pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
Location de scooter et vélo à l'auberge.
Dortoir confortable, mes meilleures nuits depuis le début de mon voyage. Il fait noir, il y a la clim, le matelas est grand et confortable (manque peut être un linge un peu plus épais..)
L'auberge bien située.
Tout est propre.

Cons:

Piscine peut attrayante
Petit déjeuner un peu décevant...

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était pauvre en choix. Quelques fruits, des œufs trop cuits et du pain blanc. Une option vietnamienne serait appréciée.

Pros:

Really nice dorm beds with big lockers. You have your own light, fan, and currtain. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. Breakfast was included and a simple good start to the morning. It is served buffet style so you can eat quickly and go enjoy your day.

Cons:

In the dorm, it would be nice to have a shelf by the bed to store things and lockers where you can use your own lock. But it is still great without.

Ruhige Lage in Tam Coc und dennoch alles fussläufig zu erreichen; sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal; schöner Pool; Zimmer und Bad recht ‘Basic’ aber sauber

Der Besitzer ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als die Spülung der Toilette nicht funktionierte wurde sie sofort repariert. Sauberes Zimmer, Betten okay.

Cons:

Der Billiardtisch steht ungünstig da man nicht von jeder Position aus spielen kann
