It's tolerable for 1 night, but not longer.
Pros:

The location is fantastic (just a two-minute walk to the Taj Mahal East Gate) and the staff/receptionist is an absolute legend. He is available 24/7, always in a great mood, very funny and incredibly supportive. The terrace is also quite nice.

Cons:

There is a disgusting smell in the bathroom, like it’s coming straight from the sewage system. The windows offer virtually no sound insulation - every car horn, conversation and barking dog at night feels as if it’s happening right next to you. On top of that, there is the unbearable stench coming from the bathroom. To make matters worse, there are no towels provided and there is no hot water.

Cons:

Confirmed booking was not honored. I was advised by the hotel to book online at ₹799 after discussing the ₹1500 price on call. Arrival time was confirmed, yet on reaching, the hotel claimed to be full. Poor coordination and unprofessional handling. Not recommended.

Cons:

Absolute worse experience after booking a hotel. We've reached there by midnight and already informed them.. Bu after reaching there at 1' O clock midnight they told the room was full your booking is no longer valid and rudely closed the door and left us on road at midnight. Never book this trash property.
