It was very nice place but the immediate area was very busy and transiant,

I liked that it was central to the area I visited. It was a safe and locked building.

Cons:

The neighborhood was very transiant and busy with buses and emergecy vehicles. It was really clean but the cleaning solutions used were very potent the smell lingered the whole day and night.

Pros:

Very close to metro
All necessary cooking facilities
Convenient bed

Cons:

I didn't like a notification that the door system can recognize me and block the entrance. Every time I used the code I was worry it can happen. This is a very unpleasant feeling.
The internet connection didn't work well, it disappeared time to time.
Communication via Booking messages is inconvenient, I prefer messages. But there was no such option

Cons:

The room was on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator. So, we had to carry 5 big luggage all the way to the 4th floor as we were 5 people in our group. This was a terrible experience. There was no information about the room being on the 4th floor, and more importantly, they did not disclose that there was no elevator. This is not the end though; as we finally entered our room dragging 5 luggage to the 4th floor, we discovered that the second bedroom was only accessible through a spiral stair as it was a loft-style unit. We had two elderly people with us and this was terrible. As these weren't enough torture, we also found out that the bathroom door doesn't lock! That's right! The lock on the bathroom door did not work, so you can imagine how horrible it was sharing just one bathroom with 5 people when the door won't even lock. Overall, this was our worst experience with any hotel/accommodation by far.

Clean and comfortable apartment, great location for city stay
Pros:

This location is great, very close to metro station. Loved the climate control and having the kitchen and laundry. It was quiet and comfortable.
