Nice place, but mind it is a rather isolated location.
Pros:

Very quiet, nice view of the river. Reachable by Grab.

Cons:

Too far out of town, with no restaurants in the neighbourhood (apart from a very expensive and exclusive one). Room very humid, everything was soaked after a night sleep despite using AC, beds very hard. Breakfast simple, but sufficient quantity.

Pros:

With Hue's Perfume river lapping its lawns, a beautiful quiet location and well built rooms/bungalows. A gracious host, a simple but good quality breakfast very well served. Grab taxis are very easily booked for the short journey to the tourist area.

Wonderful stay with good and unexpected surprises.
Pros:

This Villa is a little off the beaten track, but not too far, just enough to get an authentic Vietnam experience. Right on the river and with friendly and helpful staff I would Definity recommend staying here. There is also a gem of a restaurant, one of the best restaurant's on our whole trip hidden right there! If you get chance there is also a very knowable and friendly driver that works in the area that I would also recommend. Lam +84935163068

Phantastisches ruhiges Hotel direkt am Fluss mit Pool und tollem Garten.
Pros:

Wunderschönes, kleines Hotel am Parfümfluss .it tollem Flussblick. Das Hotel hat einen schönen großen Garten mit kleinen Pool von dem aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Parfümfluss hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut auszuhalten. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und eine bestückte Minibar. Die Preise für die Getränke liegen bei ca. 1,00€. Das Frühstück war inkludiert und man konnte jeden Abend aus einer Frühstückskarte für den Tag auswählen und dann auf einer offenen Terrasse im Garten frühstücken. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, ist aber mit einem Grab nur 10 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt ( ca.2,00€). Phantastisch zum Entspannen und ein toller Aufenthaltsort in Hue. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem geholfen und jederzeit einen guten Tip für uns bereit gehabt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Myself and family really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very very friendly and professional.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. We pre-ordered our breakfast and the coffee was very good. The fruit plate that was served along with breakfast was great too. Really grateful for Mr. Tien's hospitality on New Year night :-)

Cons:

I don't think I disliked anything about the place. Probably the room was a bit too small but I guess I got the value for my money. May be having a closet to keep cloths would have been better.

Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht und großartigem Gastgeber

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, ruhig am Fluss. Für uns und unsere 2 Kinder perfekt. Mit dem Grab überhaupt kein Problem alle wichtigen Orte in Hue zu erreichen. Phuong war unglaublich hilfreich und hatte viele Tipps für uns. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely residence with unrivalled hospitality
Pros:

The villa is away from the hustle and bustle of the city area and yet it only takes a 10 min car drive to get to town. It is right on the banks of the Perfume River, which I love. The view just makes me feel relaxed every time I look over the window. What really stands out and impress is the most is the hospitality of staff, from the owner to the hotel manager (Mr. Phuong), the driver (Mr. Thang) and the lady housekeeper. They make us feel welcome upon our arrival and look after us so well during our stay.
