Mal atención en recepción
Pros:

Buena ubicación y el lugar es moderno y limpio.

Cons:

La recepcionista al hacer check out nos pidió devolver un objeto del hotel (tijeras). Lo cual nunca solicitamos y por mas que se le dijo que no fue nuestra habitación la que solicitó el objeto, ella insistió en que sí. A lo cuál se le pidió corroborar con la recepcionista anterior y ella no quiso. El desorden de recepción no debería ser un problema de un huésped.
