Pros:

Sangeetha's husband was very helpful with our luggage going up and down the stairs and giving us suggestions and directions around the area. The bathroom was very big.

Cons:

We were expecting more based on online reviews. We booked a 4 person room and when we arrived, there was one king sized bed and one single bed in the unit - only room for 3 people. When we pointed this out to Sangeetha, she said it's what we booked and dismissed our concern stating that 5 people have stayed in the suite previously by squeezing 3 people on the king bed. She also said "if you don't want to stay here you don't have to", we were taken aback by this. Two adults had to squeeze on a single mattress which led to a restless night's sleep. There is only one steep and long external staircase - plan luggage well if choosing this homestay.

Great hosts and great location who are willing to help when you need it
Pros:

The place was the very clean and its location in Fort Cochin made it easy to walk to many attractions. Tuktuks were always close by and shops to cover most of your needs. The owners daughter used her uber account to order me a ride to take me to a hotel far from the Fort so I could join my group tour. I would stay there again without question.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Een fijn huis, maar met wat verbeterpunten
Pros:

Een vriendelijke en behulpzame familie. De prijs kwaliteit is God. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf klopt. Ook bieden ze drinkwater aan, een erg aangename service in het bloedhete kochi!

Cons:

Het is geen plek waar je je even kan terugtrekken om tot rust te komen. Het is puur functioneel als overnachting. De bedden in Azië zijn over het algemeen wat steviger, maar bij Elzas zijn ze wel extreem hard. We hebben niet erg lekker geslapen. Ze zouden wel een topper matras kunnen toevoegen oid.

Perfect location, great friendly owners
Pros:

Great Location in Fort Nagar, only a short walk from shops and restaurants. Light airy clean rooms, super friendly and helpful owners, who stored our bags until our night time departure and arranged a tuk tuk to the Train Station.

Logement idéal très bien situé à Fort Kochi
Pros:

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour chez ELZAS FORT iNN. La chambre était grande et confortable, les propriétaires sont très gentils et le logement est parfaitement situé, dans une petite rue au calme en plein centre de Fort Kochi. Je recommande à 100 %!

I loved the people. Biju and Sangeeta were warm people and made our stay absolutely comfortable.

Nice place in great position
Pros:

Room in a beautiful building in very central location. Enjoyed having a balcony and natural light. Place organises good value tours. The host keeps a good supply of water in a fridge for guests to take which was a real bonus.

Great stay in Fort Kochi
Pros:

Excellent location, I could walk to Princess st and biennale venues in less than 10 minutes. The room was very clean and had air conditioning and a fan. A fridge to keep water was available. The area is quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

The toilet seat came loose and needed a bit of maintenance in my room. If you don't like a firm mattress you might not like the bed (I personally like them). Other than that everything was perfect.
