Expected more from an hotel located in Shenzhen
Pros:

Great price-over-quality ratio, perfect for quick stays or if you need a bed while you make a transfer.
Location is outstanding, a few minutes walking from restaurants, markets and metro line.
Beds are absolutely comfortable. Clean towels are always available. Room is quiet. View over the city is good.
Air conditioner will save you from hots and colds.
The cleanness of the rooms is a plus, the staff sometimes help with traveling (toothpaste, toilet cleaner...).
The gym is small, but free to use and complete with what you need.

Cons:

Breakfast quality is not compared to other structures in Shenzhen. It is just fair and acceptable.
Staff does not speak English, so provide yourself translators to explain.
TV is just in Chinese, neither subtitles are available. Sometimes the AD of the hotel blocks and loops indefinitely.
The room is quite small, smaller than it may be from the pictures, and it is missing a safe (there is no safe even at the reception).
No other services offered to move (like bike, e-scooter...) you just have to book on your own.
Lastly, my requests of the room could not be meet, despite the positive response...

Real Joy HotelとReal Joy Rightは同じ建物で入り口が違う。ややこしいです。またBooking.comの地図の場所が間違っており、30分ぐらい迷ってしまいました。

Nice hotel with excellent amenities
Pros:

The hotel is strategically located, with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, banks and subway/metro.

Cons:

It would be nice if the hotel accepted payment via credit card during online booking.
