- First check in kami diberi 2 katil besar...really appreciate that...tp yg jd masalah adalah kunci bilik tidak boleh digunakan...setiap kali nak masuk bilik kene bgtahu staff utk bukakan bilik...at the end we fed up so kami minta tukar bilik.

- tiada towel dan toilet amenities disediakan....terpaksa ambil sendiri di lobi.

- Tiada servis pembersihan bilik (make up)...if u stay 9 malam, selama itu la guna cadar, tuala yg sama tidak diganti.

- Staff langsung tiada manners bila dtg check bilik...suppose ketuk la dlu bilik...main buka ja pintu guna master key utk check ada org or tak dalam bilik...siap tanya lagi bila nak check out...ko xde sistem ke nak tgok status bilik?

Pernah duduk sini dulu tapi tak lah seteruk kali ni.

Lift stuck masa balik kena guna tangga, towels koyak, cadar ada koyak walaupon wangi, lantai kotor berhabuk tapak kaki jadi hitam, takde coffee tea, takde tv, toilet boleh guna tapi ada kerak2. Pintu takde lock sangat bahaya. Actually bilik yg diberi bukan bilik yg saya booked. Bilik yg diberi mcm apartment ada ruang tamu dan sofa. Walaupon bilik besar, saya percaya bilik biasa yg saya booked much better. I am sorry i have to tell this. Harap boleh jaga hotel dgn baik selepas ini.

Excellent place to stay for a short trip to melaka.
Pros:

Rooms are big, staff are accommodating and kind. There is a small cleaning fee but i think its worth it given the rooms quality. The check in counter person gave me a free upgrade to a suite. Was very nice.

Cons:

Some items in the rooms were damaged, TV didnt have signal even though it worked etc.. but the rooms were nice and comfy.
