A comfortable and private room in a suburban pocket
Pros:

It was clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable. Entering and exiting was seamless and easy.

Cons:

I would have liked it if on the Booking.com listing, the owner would have more prominently clarified that using the kitchen stove is not allowed. The listing shows "shared kitchen," and so I had thought it was permitted. Perhaps booking has an option to list "stove" in amenities and I was simply uninformed. Nonetheless, I would like to have seen clearer rules on the kitchen ahead of time. It was no big issue but I bought a few food items assuming I could cook them, which was a bit of a waste. It is quite a minor issue. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Stay far far away. Cramped, dangerous, and a duplicitous busybody for a landlord
Pros:

The room had a massive desk and chair. The bed had four legs. The television smoked quietly and the fire didn't spread.

Cons:

AVOID. Tiny room with much too large furniture. Bed like a stack of plywood. Television CAUGHT FIRE when plugged in. Multiple trip hazards. Art not secured to the walls. Landlord will make up policies not disclosed at booking and tell you that you owe them twice the rent.

I rent temporary housing several times a month, and often when I have a bad experience I provide my feedback directly to the host so they can improve. In this case, the kindest thing I can do is add *yet another* bad review so the miserable individual responsible for running this place takes the hint and gets out of this business.

I didn’t stay, no service, don’t extort my money and refund it.
Cons:

First of all this property is not suitable for accommodation, even it’s listed on Booking.com, it’s not suitable.
I made a big mistake, I made a reservation but I didn’t stay, because of there was security problem of this property, there was a 2 person inside the property and they weren’t guest/customer, they were weird.
I didn’t feel secure and immediately left the property.
I was very disappointed.
Beside Booking.com and the property charged me and extorted my money without any stay/service.
I requested my money refund but Booking.com and the property giving me hard time.

The host told me that I was using the laundry at 6:00 a.m., I am a person who respects the rules of the lodgings, at no time did I use the laundry at that time in the morning and not at night either.
