Need to improve reception and policy
Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

Reception - awkward moments
Didn't charge through Booking but they charge independently on arrival and they withhold 100pounds of insurance which is released later but never had this experience in the whole UK before

Pros:

Spacious room with a practical kitchenette.

The room was clean and well soundproofed. Even as a light sleeper, I had a very restful sleep throughout the stay.

Staff were helpful and communicative.

Loved the apartment and the location
Pros:

Location was brilliant . The staff helpful and friendly. The bathroom lovely and clean and plenty of shower gel soap etc. Kitchen fine with sufficient crockery etc . Dishwashing liquid supplied Overall everything you would need.

Cons:

Would have liked a bit more information prior to arrival on what was supplied ,how often the room would be serviced etc.
Also did not like the motion sensored lights especially when reading in bed . The only other difficulty we found was the lift was too small for my husbands mobility scooter. Even though it i quite small he had to get off and fold it up each time .

Pros:

Nice and spotlessly clean building and room and well lit

Cons:

Very central location in city centre downside is it was quite noisy outside. TV in living area but couch was really a bench which was so hard you wouldn't really st on it to watch TV. No dressing table. It was still very nice and good value
