Location was brilliant . The staff helpful and friendly. The bathroom lovely and clean and plenty of shower gel soap etc. Kitchen fine with sufficient crockery etc . Dishwashing liquid supplied Overall everything you would need.
Would have liked a bit more information prior to arrival on what was supplied ,how often the room would be serviced etc.
Also did not like the motion sensored lights especially when reading in bed . The only other difficulty we found was the lift was too small for my husbands mobility scooter. Even though it i quite small he had to get off and fold it up each time .
Street noise.
Nice and spotlessly clean building and room and well lit
Very central location in city centre downside is it was quite noisy outside. TV in living area but couch was really a bench which was so hard you wouldn't really st on it to watch TV. No dressing table. It was still very nice and good value

No instructions for the thermostat. Took too long to get through to someone.
The location of the apartment was excellent. Very central to city centre.
Apartment was clean and well equipped.
The plug in our bathroom sink was stuck shut, so we reported it to reception, who then got back to us suggesting we use a knife to try and open it We didn't want to run the risk of breaking it, so we just had to go 2 night not being able to use the sink.

Would have liked to be able to see tv from bed
First of all, Chloe (&her fellow staff members) were very nice and welcoming. The apart hotel is in a very central location and has all the amenities you need, such as a coffee machine, ironboard and even a dishwasher! All highly appreciated the good quality black out curtains. We were on the second floor and it wasn’t too noisy on the square.
It can feels a bit sketchy on the square at night, but that’s the trade off for the central location. I also think the reception desk area could be a bit nicer to match how nice the rooms are.
