Close to airport
Beds were basically box springs

Don’t expect to shower unless you are sitting on the toilet. Worse bathroom than Most homestays all over Vietnam.
Right next to busy highway, so expect to wake up to honking at 5:30am
NOTHING!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The place is extremely noisy, you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING. From around 5 a.m., there was constant shouting inside the building, loud chickens outside, and heavy street noise. Sleeping was basically impossible.
The elevator is ridiculously small, barely enough space for two suitcases, which made everything very inconvenient. The beds were rock hard, to the point where everything hurt the next day.
The shower was honestly disgusting. If you can even call it a shower, it’s just a hose sticking out of the wall with a shower head. Very uncomfortable and unhygienic.
Communication was also a big issue. The staff didn’t speak English, which made things unnecessarily difficult. To make it worse, they woke us up at 7:20 a.m. to tell us their card machine wasn’t working and that we needed to go find an ATM, even though there wasn’t one nearby.
The area itself also felt strange and uncomfortable.

The owner was very helpful, showed us the nearest restaurant, ATM and organised a free lift to the airport in the morning
I’d only booked a king room but was actually given a room with two double beds in! Not needed but extra space is always enjoyed!! I also had missed the notice about cash payment only, however they did have a card machine which was very fortunate! Check in was easy and organised.
Language barrier was challenging but used google to communicate.

Très rustique mais efficace
The shower was hot. Air conditioning worked. Some of the beds were soft
Bathrooms were not the best. Noise from the street and the building shook sometimes. But what we were most unhappy about was at check-in we were told they would take us to the airport the next morning for free. The next morning the guy wanted to charge us double what it should cost. We booked grabs instead. I would not stay here again.
Close to the airport, was cheap and exactly as described
I didn't hear it but my travel companions mentioned traffic noise
