Pros:

Tout était parfait . La chambre est très belle tout est neuf, la literie très confortable , places de parking avec portail qui ferme . Résidence très calme .Très bon petit déjeuner également et nous avons été bien accueillis.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere molto grandi e possibilità di parcheggio nel perimetro della struttura. Buona la colaziona. Lontano dal trambusto delle langhe, in una parte di Piemonte da scoprire.

Sicuramente da migliorare il personale e la colazione
Pros:

La struttura è molto carina, nuova e comoda. Ogni stanza ha ingresso indipendente e c'è un parcheggio privato a disposizione. La posizione è in campagna ma facilmente raggiungibile e a pochi chilometri da Mondovì e da altri centri abitati.

Cons:

L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori: quando siamo arrivati nel parcheggio c'erano due persone che non hanno proferito parola, si sono allontanate, hanno aspettato che facessimo l'intero giro della struttura e poi ce li siamo ritrovati in reception che ci aspettavano. Sarebbe stato più professionale e cortese accoglierci e spiegarci subito dove fosse l'ingresso. Hanno preteso in modo poco educato che pagassimo prima per il soggiorno e che indicassimo l'orario per la colazione. Abbiamo scelto le 8 per e, quando ci siamo presentati puntuali, c'erano solo delle merendine da discount. Ci è stato detto che non si aspetravano fossimo così mattinieri (le 8???) e dopo mezz'ora si sono presentati con poche fette di pane mezzo crudo e dei cornetti poco cotti.
Non rilascio mai recensioni negative perché so quanto impegno ci vuole per mandare avanti una struttura ma le basi dell'educazione, quelle, non devono mai mancare.

Pace, relax, comodità e ottima colazione in campagna a 5 min da tutto.
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, luogo silenzioso. Pulizia impeccabile, colazione italiana fantastica con dolci fatti in casa e pane scaldato sul momento. Camera moderna con bollitore e tutti i confort. A 5 min dall'autostrada ma in campagna. Parcheggio privato recintato, giardino con tavolo e sedie. Il titolare davvero simpatico e gentile. Struttura nuovissima, Ovviamente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento futuro per la zona.

Cons:

Nulla, se vogliamo trovare un difetto, che poi non lo è, una sedia in più per appoggiare i vestiti. Ma è tutto veramente perfetto.

Cold room
Pros:

The accommodation is in a quite location, bedroom and bathroom are good size and clean.

Cons:

The room was cold. I asked the owner and I was told that the temperature was set at 21 degrees and that the heating was coming from the floor. This wasn't the case as the room was really cold and so was the floor, so no heating coming out.
I was suggested to use the blanket. This didn't make sense as I didn't want to stay in bed when it wasn't bed time yet.
The pillows are very high, although I had read some other reviews on these and brought a more comfortable pillow with me.
There aren't healthy options for breakfast, they need to be booked in advance.

Newly renovated cosy rural apt
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised to find this completely renovated rural house just less than an hour from the Ligurian coast. The host waited up for us until the evening and was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were extermely comfrotable, inclusing the pullout couch in the livingroom. We were able to prepare dinner in the kitchennette without a problem. The place was clean and felt like someone took a lot of care to make it a comfortable stay.

Cons:

There were only two downsides to this apartment, and both were not so essentials. We were there in the summer and the thermostats were irreversibly set on 24 C. We were okay with it, because the night wasn't too hot, but it was slightly annoying that there were no mosquito nets in the windows, so we didn't want to open the windows all night and risk getting eaten alive. We were also not very hot about breakfast. All we got was coffee, not very good white toasted bread and hotel-style packaged jams. We also sat at one table in a small room with another family. It wasn't terrrible, but slightly strange.

The room was air-conditioned, so nice and cool for our two Bernese Mountain dogs.
Quiet neighborhood, only 15 minutes out of Mondovi town.
