Хорошо, но есть что доработать
Pros:

Расположение, вид на Днепр, везде чисто, есть всё необходимое для проживания, достаточно посуды для двоих, чистые полотенца и постель, в ванной есть мыло, шампунь и гель, поселение в любое время.

Cons:

Очень плохая шумоизоляция, слышно всё и всех, уставшая сантехника - необходимо подремонтировать крепление для лейки душа, оно не держит, сама лейка не полностью пропускает воду. В ванной не хватает крючков. Лоджия с обшарпанным полом и подёртым стулом. Не хватает какого маленького кресла.

Pros:

Квартира просторная и чистая. Удобное расположение — над ТРЦ «Мост-Сити». Рядом находятся магазины, до набережной — 5 минут пешком, центр города — в пешей доступности. От вокзала около 10 минут на автомобиле. Вид из окон шикарный.

Cons:

Из недостатков — только одна пара одноразовых тапочек на четверых гостей, не хватало полотенец. Балкон требует косметического ремонта.
