H Moment Hotel

Felt like I was being scammed. first I booked through booking.com for 2 nights for 4 adults 1 child, a room with double bed and another with a double and 1 single bed. Upon arrival I was told that I have to check-in exactly at 1700 and check out everyday at noon despite booking for 2 nights. Meaning I check-in at 1700, checkout noon then re-check-in at 1700 again unless I pay additional fees. I have never encountered nor heard of such policies EVER! How ridiculous to expect the guest to check in check out DAILY! that's not the end. they later told me I had to pay additional fees again because I have a child that's above 7 and is changable... I told them my booking was for 5 people, a room with a double bed another with a double and single.... FOR 5 PEOPLE! why would I still need to pay additional fees! HORRIBLE! That's not all, the booking says that breakfast was included and it was IF you consider toasting your own slice of Toast and and making your very own instant cup noodle and included breakfast. What a scam. I only wanted a room to rest but really never expected this kind of attitude. Booking.com should really do more checks before allow such hotels to be listed.

We booked for two nights and on arrival were told that we had to check out at 12 noon the next day, and recheck in at 5pm for the second night!! A discussion ensued for the next 30 minutes and we ended up being charged extra to avoid checking out and back in again on the same day!! As we were cycling, it was all too hard to look for another hotel at that stage, however it left us feeling a little disappointed and slightly scammed!!

Staff is very bad for communication, to much self confidence I didn't like at all.
