Al final todo salió bien para lo que podía haber pasado
Pros:

Sólo puedo calificarlo con un 10 por los motivos excepcionales derivados de la tormenta ártica de Nueva York, y por otros motivos excepcionales propios particulares (que hicieron que tuviera que adelantar de forma imprevista el viaje un día).
Con ello, agradecer a todo el personal del Hotel su atención, por mor de las urgencias anteriores.
Y con ganas de repetir con calma y para poder disfrutar de todo ello, pues es evidente que está en una ubicación muy buena (a 50 metros de Madison Square Park y a 75 metros del Edificio Flatiron).

The beds were good.

Cons:

The room was tiny, very old and the bathroom was not clean. There was a very old heating unit mounted in the window that made the room smell very stuffy. No fresh air in the room.
