Pros:

L’unico vero punto a favore di questo hotel è la posizione, che è comoda e abbastanza centrale, tra Flatiron e le zone da cui si raggiunge facilmente gran parte di Manhattan.

Cons:

l’esperienza è stata negativa. La stanza era molto piccola e la pulizia non viene fatta se non sotto richiesta. Noi l’abbiamo chiesta e abbiamo dovuto sollecitarla per tre giorni di seguito prima che venisse effettuata.
Anche la gestione degli asciugamani è stata pessima. Non vengono cambiati ogni giorno e, se non vai tu stesso a portarli giù e a chiederli direttamente, spesso non te li danno. A noi è perfino successo di dover scendere dopo la doccia a consegnare quelli usati e poi risalire con quelli puliti.
Inoltre, abbiamo trovato assurdo il fatto che venga chiesto un pagamento extra per lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Quando arrivi ti dicono che il servizio è gratuito, ma quando te ne vai diventa a pagamento.
A peggiorare le cose, il sonno è stato disturbato. Il condizionatore era rumorosissimo e dalla finestra filtrava troppa luce, rendendo impossibile dormire serenamente.

Overall, we liked this hotel and would return. Friendly staff, great location, & comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was great; short walk to great restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere (Times Square, etc) with no problem.

Cons:

The toilet paper was located far across from the toilet which required standing up to access it - This was not ideal.

Pros:

The location is ideal and the staff are very friendly. The air conditioning worked well. It has a basic gym.

Cons:

The hotel does not serve breakfast so you need to buy your own food. On one of the days, the cleaner removed all toilet paper and did not leave any replacements (so I had to ask for more from the front desk). The elevators are quite slow.

Disappointing room quality and standards.
Pros:

The Hotel is in a decent central location.

Cons:

The room was very tired, the window was filthy, the aircon box wedged in the window was exceptionally noisy. For what I paid, it was very disappointing.

Best to avoid this place.
Pros:

Good location near Madison Square Park.

Cons:

Tiny room, not even a chair in it. Musty odor. Lumpy pillows. Had to request more toilet paper as housekeeping did not see fit to replenish it. Hallways so narrow that it was hard to pass other guests. Not ADA compliant.

For that price point, all I wanted was clean and safe, and it was both. Plus very friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, good neighborhood, close to subway. Comfortable bed, quiet night.

Cons:

It’s exactly what I expected for a reasonably priced Manhattan hotel. Just go in knowing there is nothing luxury about it. Skinny awkward hallways, dark.

Stayed with six girls for my bachelorette party and would stay here again! The staff was super friendly as the location

We stayed in the family suite and had so much room for the six of us. Compared to other places I’ve stayed in New York City. This was amazing and felt so roomie!

Cons:

This is an older New York City Hotel, but it felt authentic. The facilities could be a little more updated, but honestly, it was very clean and that matters more to us.

well the location is perfect i would say, and it is easy to come up to the hotel from railway station, on the other hand room was to uncomfortable, air conditioner was so loud, no windows are opening at all, the bad was so bed, i think with this price it is toooooo much overpriced.

Pros:

I loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly, you can leave your suitcase if it is not yet check-in time or if you are already leaving the city. The room was also excellent and had a private bathroom.
