A pleasure, great location for Manhattan sight seeing
Pros:

Staff kind, helpful and friendly, accomodation basic, but perfectly acceptable for our needs, beds clean and comfortable. Hairdrier blew up but was quickly replaced. Plenty of hot water for showers. Helpful to have a safe in the room and a decent sized refrigerator.

Cons:

Waste bins weren't emptied daily by housekeeping, we had to bring our own bin bags to reception. Shame that daily housekeeping (beds being made and towel changes) didn't come as standard. Not enough coat hangers in the rooms.

Great location to explore Manhattan
Pros:

Location was convenient to all parts of Manhattan. Charming exterior. Plenty of food options and shopping. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value if you are looking for just a place to sleep while you are out in the city.

Cons:

Was not expecting a high end hotel but it needed some TLC, paint on walls and doors looked banged up, floors in hallway and room were vinyl and needed to be changed. Beds were noisy..Thin walls, I could hear my neighbor's conversations.

The room is too expensive based on the room size - the money paid for the room is not worth it. The check-in and check-out times are not good. The hotel is not pretty.

Gedateerd hotel met slechte nachten
Pros:

Locatie, je bent overal dichtbij. De metro's zijn om de hoek.

Cons:

De rest, het is een gedateerd hotel, kleine kamers, je kan niet allebei tegelijkertijd je koffer openen. Airco blaast stofdelen van bijna 1cm uit.
Bed kraakt en piept. We hadden een connecting kamer, je hoorde alles van de buren.
Wij hadden het voordeel dat de 1e buren om 4am de wekker hadden gezet, vervolgens de koffer die tegen onze muur stond, gingen herinrichten. Je hoort het plastic kraken, ritssluitingen sluiten, etcetera
De 2e nacht gingen de nieuwe buren hun wekker om 6am, deze spraken en giechelden nog harder. Met deuren slaan etc, over de gang rennen en praten met vrienden.
Al met al een zeer vermoeide beleving
En dat voor bijna 200 euro per nacht!!!
