Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

Terrible pillows
someone elses eye lashes in the bed
sheets were bally
Rooms were too small and tight
no fridge
desk was not usable
wifi not reliable
location was not good for a family
They didnt make up our room

Very good.
Pros:

A staff managed to get my car parked in a designated area of the garage because my phone did not work in the US to process payment. Fresh coffee available anytime. Nice breakfast by $25 food credit.

Cons:

No chairs and tbales in the room.

En résumé, un bel hôtel avec un bon accueil à l’arrivé,mais une fin de séjour décevante..
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable et joliment décoré, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel lors du check-in était adorable, accueillant et très arrangeant, ce qui a donné une excellente première impression.

Cons:

En revanche, l’expérience au moment du check-out a été beaucoup moins positive. La jeune femme présente à ce moment-là s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable, ce qui contraste fortement avec l’accueil reçu à l’arrivée.
De plus, nous avons été très surpris de constater un prélèvement de 15 € sur notre carte bancaire sans autorisation, pour une prétendue “tache de sang” sur une serviette, alors qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’une simple tache de café.. Cette situation est inacceptable et laisse une impression très négative alors que nous avions informé l hôtel que c etait du café et non du sang.

Not the polite, “we hung some art from IKEA” kind - more like “this building has definitely seen some things and isn’t telling you all of them.” It’s historic, a little moody, and leans into that dimly lit, vintage aesthetic like it knows it looks good. The rooms? Cozy in that “you don’t need much because you won’t be in here much anyway” kind of way. Think stylish crash pad for between adventures. And the staff doesn’t give off stiff hotel energy either. It’s more like you’re staying somewhere run by people who actually want you to have a good time in their city- which hits different. Then there’s the location. You walk out the door and boom - you’re in the Gaslamp Quarter, where every direction feels like a choose-your-own-adventure. Want tacos at midnight? Done. Live music? Around the corner. Random unforgettable night? Guaranteed.

Cons:

Honestly, my only real complaint about staying at The Beau is that we didn’t book a longer stay. It’s one of those places that sneaks up on you—the vibe, the location, the whole downtown energy—and just when you start settling into it, it’s already time to go. Next time, I’m definitely giving myself a few extra days to lean into it fully.

La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Hay muchísimo ruido en las habitaciones que dan a la calle por dos cosas: 1. Las grúas a las 6am empezó a mover carros de la banqueta y 2. El ruido del aire acondicionado es espantoso, no te deja dormir. No es aire de pared, es un aire portátil, no enfría, horrible todo. Pésima noche. El personal me cambió a una habitación con cama mas pequeña pero que no estaba hacia la calle y fue mejor. Si rentas por app q no es de ellos te dan la peor habitación. El parking es carísimo y está super lejos.
