No wifi, the place is not as mentioned or in the pictures at all, one of the provided towels had a cigarette burn in it

As a disclaimer, I am not a person that likes to complain, but I felt I had to describe my family's experience at this apartment, so other guests are aware and the owner/manager of the property take it seriously and changes his behaviour and improves his services and his way of dealing with his guests/customers.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the apartment I rented through the listing on Booking.com from July 18th to July 21st. Regrettably, my experience was far from what was described in the listing, and I encountered several significant issues during my stay.

Firstly, the room did not match the description provided. The space was incredibly crammed, and the layout was poorly designed. I had to move a couch every time I wanted to access the balcony door, which was highly inconvenient and not mentioned in the listing. Additionally, I could not open the windows because the beds were blocking them, which made ventilation impossible and added to the discomfort. This was exacerbated by the fact that I had booked the apartment for a family of five, yet only two towels were provided. Additionally, the cloth rack, iron, pillow, sheets and blanket for the couch were only supplied after I specifically requested them.

The shower was a major problem as well. The water temperature fluctuated drastically, going from hot to cold and vice versa without warning, making it impossible to enjoy a comfortable shower.

Additionally, the shower hose was leaking, adding to the discomfort, after informing him, he came later to fix it. Furthermore, the bathroom door had no lock, which was a significant inconvenience for my family.
The second day, upon waking up, the bathroom had an unbelievable sewage smell that filled the entire apartment.
