Todo en general perfecto
The place was great. The staff members were so kind with a smile on their face and always there to help us. The location was a little bit off because it was like one hour with the bus from the centre of Madrid but it’s okay. It was clean it was cozy. Everything was just great. Also the breakfast was so filled with options. I didn’t know what to choose sometimes.

O hotel era bastante acolhedor e, para um hotel de duas estrelas, acho que está muito bem. O ar condicionado salvou-nos bastante durante a estadia, principalmente com o calor de Madrid. Os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos e prestáveis. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência e ficámos satisfeitos
Como aspeto negativo, a localização não é a melhor para quem pretende ficar perto do centro de Madrid, sendo necessário utilizar transportes. Tivemos também uma situação desagradável com a limpeza: uma funcionária entrou no nosso quarto para limpar sem termos solicitado, quando nem sequer estávamos no quarto, e acabou por deixar um pano molhado em cima da nossa roupa, que podia manchar Foi uma situação que nos deixou desconfortáveis.
De resto, foi tudo muito bom e tivemos uma experiência bastante positiva no hotel.

Location, I didn't realise its this far from the city center. You need to travel more then hour with buses or metro to reach center
La limpieza y la petición que le hicimos de una zona alta y que no tuvieron problema en cumplirlo, la facilidad del aparcamiento que aunque sea de pago es muy como poder aparcar con tanta facilidad.
El poder disponer de agua fresca y cafe fue un extra para la comodidad de las estancia, sobre todo cuando hace calor y el agua fresca es muy importante. Realmente estamos muy satisfechos. Los servicios de aseco como jabon y champoo con las toalllas perfectas.
el desayuno opcional es realmente un poco excesivo , si fuera un poco menos lo hubieramos contratado.
The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
The room could have been better soundproofed, as there was some noise from outside and other guests. Also, the location is a little far from the city centre, although public transport makes it easy to get around.
