Una estancia muy agradable
Pros:

Tanto las instalaciones y el personal excelentes, la habitación muy cómoda y estaba muy limpia, como el resto de zonas comunes, en recepción el trato excelente, el desayuno muy completo y delicioso y el detalle del café 24h de cortesía muy bueno, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Perfekt für den Touristen..
Pros:

Hotel ist neu und gut geführt.
Frühstück für Spanien reichhaltig mit Rührei, Müsli und verschiedenen Milch (ersatz) Drinks, vor allem zu loben: frisch gepresster Orangensaft.
Zimmer mit zentraler Belüftung, regelbar.
Bad hat Wasserspar Installationen, Wasser ist in Madrid zunehmend Thema.
Fenster kann zum Lüften voll geöffnet werden.
Jeden Tag wurde Bad und Bett gerichtet.
Innen-Verdunklung ist perfekt (im Sommer wichtig)
perfekt breite und harte Doppelbetten mit Überdecke.

Lage in Caramanchel ist weiter weg vom Zentrum, am besten mit blauem Bus per Direktlinie E1, ca 40min vom Zentrum Atoche entfernt. Per Taxi geht es etwas schneller ca 20 min.

Cons:

Wir mussten das Fenster wegen des Strassenlärms nachts geschlossen lassen.
Das ist aber in der Innenstadt auch so.
Also kein Manko..

Limpio y confortable
Pros:

Reservamos una habitación doble para una noche, en nuestro caso sin desayuno; los recepcionistas fueron muy amables, las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables. La ubicación a las afueras de Carabanchel, pero tiene autobús cerca y también metro; y a 10 minutos se encuentra un centro comercial donde encuentras de todo ( tiendas y restaurantes).
