Pros:

Breakfast is not given though it is with our booking. Location is quit good

Cons:

Facilities should be given, should notice about cleanines and behaviour of the reception should good.They change their conversation .

Horrible Hospitality
Cons:

1. Despite multiple requests and reminders, even the basic amenities are not provided:

 Ex- there is no drinking water, no dustbin, room has insects.

Insect repellant spray was also not available. Neither did they bother to use an disinfectactant to remove them.

2. In the name of Toiletries, just 2 little hand soaps were given, basic things like toilet tissues was not provided. 

3. I ordered food at 8:15pm, they informed after 9:15pm that what I ordered was not available in the kitchen. Before that, they asked me not to order from outside, as it would be delivered in the next 5 minutes. After 1 hour they informed,  that it was not available.

4. There is an AC installed, but remote is not provided. I asked for it twice, with no response.
