Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of PHP 5000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
A copy of valid ID for all guests and proof of transaction for the security deposit is required before the host can proceed processing the guest advice form (GAF) or generate the QR that all guests need to present to gate security to permit the entry. Registration must be done in advance and cannot process on arrival.
