ベッドが大きくて、すごく嬉しかったです。

Cons:

予約の段階で喫煙室しか空きがなかったので、少し匂いが気になりました。(当然仕方のないことですが……)

Pros:

清潔感が充分で気持ち良く利用できた

Cons:

空気清浄機があれば尚よろし。
また、枕が2種類くらいあったら良かった。少ししっかり目の方が好みなので。

今回2回目の利用だけど、気持ちよく利用させてもらった。
Pros:

朝飯がうまかった。スタッフの態度が良かった。

寝巻が着ずらかった。部屋がもう少し広いとよかった。

とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
Pros:

とても従業員の方々が親切にして頂きました。
東京駅からのアクセスも良かったので、又宿泊したいと思います。
朝食もとても美味しくいただきました。
コーヒーなどの飲み物が何回も飲めて、何杯も飲ませていただきました。

Cons:

製氷機から氷をもらう事が出来たのですが、氷がきちんとカップに入らなく、下に落ちたりしていました。
それから部屋で冷たい物を飲む為に氷を持って行く時カップにしか入れる事が出来なかったので、大変でした。
浴槽にお湯を貯める時の蛇口の調整が大変でした。

Perfect for the money
Pros:

It was my third time staying at Toyoko Inn, the first time at this location. It's located super close to the station, features really comfortable suites (and I'm happy they still have smoking rooms). Breakfast is simple but every item is delicious and coffee is available 24/7 at no charge (it's also super delicious). The staff, the facilities, the amenities, the room and the locations were all great.

Cons:

There are only 3 washing machines and 2 dryers available for guests, which is quite limited when you consider the number of rooms. Apart from that, there's nothing bad I can say about my experience.
