Worth it if a family is allowed.
Pros:

Accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. All amenities were provided. Very spacious and nice apartment for a family.

Cons:

They charged us for third person without giving any additional services. Unable to understand that when apartment is booked why a family of three people can't stay when there is no breakfast involved. It was expected that a family could stay. Else any hotel room is good enough and cheaper in this location. Also they were hesitant to issue an invoice. Payment was taken on personal number which we're not sure if was in order.

Отличное место и на сутки и на неделю
Pros:

Уютные апартаменты, соответствуют фото и адресу, есть лифт в здании. Все было чисто, включая постельное белье, свежий ремонт, никаких запахов, удобная кровать, скоростной интернет.
В апартаментах установлен фильтр с питьевой водой, что очень удобно и стиральная машина.

Персонал на высоте, связались за неделю до заселения, прислали точный адрес и контакты для связи. По приезду помогли с багажом и предложили помощь с заказом еды, что было во время после долгой дороги

Cons:

Возможно не самая лучшая локация, рядом идёт стройка, но шума нет, для нас не было проблем, все заказанные такси через убер приезжали по адресу

Комната очень быстро нагревалась днем, но в каждой из комнат есть и вентилятор и кондиционер, небольшой дискомфорт, что приходилось их постоянно держать включенным для комфортной температуры
