Pros:

Worst and a dreadfull experience,
I will start from beginning,
I had to pick my stuff to reception while check inn
I was travelling with my family and I had a extremely bad experience.
I am a world traveller and a genius 3 member with booking.
Countless MOSQUITOES IN ROOM and during breakfast
Dead MOSQUITOES on plates,
Staff will barge inn at 10 am to let u know its check out rather opting civilised option of calling on intercom,
Wiffi is third grade,
Location is absolutely worst all beaches are 6 to 10 kms away from the hotel.

Staff mainly Avhejieet Karmakar the manager and Behru Lodha extremely disrespectful towards guest.
I had to take my luggage back to my car from room.
Price is like they are charged as if they are 5 star hotel.
Value for money is zero.
Mr Alok Mundra change your Staff or you are going to loose at lot of tourist because of your unbelievably disrespectful gesture towards your guest.
Do some pest control as there are many MOSQUITOES in your hotel.

Pros:

The food was very good

Cons:

Property was not well maintained, even the lining was reused and not in good condition based on the charges we paid. Management needs to look at small details else it will be only remembered for dining experience and not for staying.
