Vị trí rất thuận tiện để vào trung tâm. Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ và rộng rãi. Gần khu cảng cá nên sáng có nhiều tàu cá đánh bắt hải sản tươi sống vào. Không khi trong lành vô cùng. Đường trước nhà rộng rãi ô tô đậu thoải mái. Giá cả hợp lí, chủ nhà thân thiện

+ Nằm trong khu vực dân cư đông đúc, nhiều hàng quán tạp hoá.
+ Vị trí thoáng mát, hướng gió, không bị ánh nắng chiếu vào.
+ Cách NovalWorld Phan Thiết ~ 20km.
* Đánh giá tổng thể homestay:
+ Chị lễ tân nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ tích cực dù nhóm mình khá báo vì nhận phòng lúc ... 3h sáng.
+ Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng nhưng không cách âm được.

Cons:

* Đặc sản: Mùi nước mắm.
* Bãi biển gần đó (xem trên gg map) thì nước khá đen, không bơi được, khá có mùi mắm vì gần đó có cảng cá, cơ sở làm nước mắm, đường đi đường đất.
