Pros:

Hotel muy lindo, la habitación super tranquila, delicioso despertar entre grandes árboles y el canto de los pajaritos. El desayuno muy rico, muy amable el personal también.

Cons:

No pude usar la piscina por lo fría, una lástima, se veía deliciosa y muy linda.

Muy lindo para descansar y re-conectarse.

Cons:

Los equipos de aire acondicionado de los dormitorios están en el balcón. Emiten un ruido molesto que impide dormir con las ventanas abiertas o escuchar los sonidos de la noche.

Sehr schönes Hotel abseits des Trubels. Sehr ruhig. Schöne große Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer schöner Pool (leider keine Sonnenschirme).

Cons:

Die Klimageräte sind jeweils auf der Terrasse aufgestellt. Wenn man selbst, oder der Nachbar, die Klimaanlage in Betrieb hat, ist es sehr laut und die Terrasse ist nicht benutzbar.
Ich hatte zum Frühstück nach Tomaten mit Zwiebeln ohne Koriander gefragt. Dies wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass in ein chilenisches Nationalgericht (Tomaten mit Zwiebeln?) Immer Koriander gehört. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht, da ich Koriander überhaupt nicht essen kann (das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau).

Schönes Hotel - Administration der MWSt für Ausländer?
Pros:

Wer Ruhe sucht kommt hier auf seine Rechnung. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Der Pool liegt etwas von den Zimmern entfernt umgeben von saftigem Grün.

Cons:

Meine relativ schlechte Bewertung beruht auf den Erfahrungen mit der Dame am Empfang:
Bei unserer Ankunft: kein Gruss, nur die barsche Frage «Haben Sie eine Reservation?». Dabei bliebt sie sitzen. Hinter der Theke war nur ihr Kopf zu sehen, der vom Bildschirm auch noch halb verdeckt wurde. Wir hatten das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Dann hiess es gleich: bezahlen! Wir machten einige Tage vorher die Buchung über booking.com. Der verlangte Betrag war etliches höher, als jener in booking.com angegebene. Auf mein Nachfragen erklärte die Dame, das hätte mit dem Wechselkurs Peso/Dollar zu tun. Ich legte ihr dar, dass der Unterschied sich dadurch nicht erklären liesse. Jetzt bemühte sie sich, zuzugeben, dass sie die Mehrwertsteuer dazugerechnet hätte. Darauf wiederum intervenierte ich mit der Feststellung, dass ich als Ausländer, der mit einer Schweizer Visa-Karte bezahlte, keine Mehrwertsteuer bezahlen müsste. Unterdessen hat sie aber die Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte schon vorgenommen. Jetzt wurde es ernst für mich: nach einigem Hin und Her erklärte sie sich bereit, die Mehrwertsteuer nach unserem Aufenthalt zurück auf mein Konto zu buchen. Dies geschah dann auch einige Tage nach unserm Aus-Checken. - Das Ganze hinterlässt bei mir einen fahlen Beigeschmack.
