Staffs were super helpful despite the super late check in

Like it but can improve...
Pros:

Staff are friendly and professional., love the room aesthetics, bed is generally comfortable, room is big. The lobby has awesome vibes and it's located at a good place, near midvalley Megamall and LRT stations. Will definitely comeback here despite other negative experience.

Cons:

There were cockroaches coming from the floor baseboard near the toilet, the wardrobe base is a little cracked, as an ocd clean freak, toilets require a good scrub with a toothbrush especially on the grout lines. Rooms need a good deep clean and fumigation. And maintenance should check all appliances and light to ensure its up to standards.

Pros:

The staff were courteous and friendly

Cons:

Breakfast does not start until 9am, and catering is only available until 5pm, with very limited menu not all of which was available.

Very few restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity of hotel.

Very Bad Corkroach Infestation!!!

The decor of the lobby

Cons:

The hotel has a very bad cockroach infestation problem. Upon returning to our room at night, there were about 8 to 10 cockroaches crawling around the floor. The front office offered a free room upgrade but we rejected it and check out immediately as we hv no confidence that any other room would be any difference. The hotel did not offer any sort of refund, so we hv no choice but burn whatever money we paid for the night.

Yes, i agree that hotel refurbish their decor but i think the refurbishments are only on the surface.

Very disappointing all round.

Air conditioning not cooled. Spoiled.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room. Looks old and not cold. Been staying here last time in standard room. Now took deluxe room. The problem still the same. Please earn more money to replace the old framing air conditioners.
