Location - a bit far away from centre however grab is around 20 minutes to cbd

Very Bad Corkroach Infestation!!!

The decor of the lobby

Cons:

The hotel has a very bad cockroach infestation problem. Upon returning to our room at night, there were about 8 to 10 cockroaches crawling around the floor. The front office offered a free room upgrade but we rejected it and check out immediately as we hv no confidence that any other room would be any difference. The hotel did not offer any sort of refund, so we hv no choice but burn whatever money we paid for the night.

Yes, i agree that hotel refurbish their decor but i think the refurbishments are only on the surface.

Very disappointing all round.

Air conditioning not cooled. Spoiled.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room. Looks old and not cold. Been staying here last time in standard room. Now took deluxe room. The problem still the same. Please earn more money to replace the old framing air conditioners.

The design is ok

Cons:

The sound proof is very bad… especially if your hotel facing federal highway … the noise made us couldn’t sleep well whole night until 4-5am when cars n motors are lessers.

Beautiful, retro-aesthetic and charming hotel in the quieter area of KL
Pros:

The hotel was relatively new and well-designed. Every corner was picturesque but that did not take away from the great service they provided. Very charming and captured the retro aesthetic well. The staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and the bed was quite comfy, basic amenities provided. Room was also clean despite the 'intentional dated look'. Loved the lounge as it was cosy and serve pretty good pastries and coffee - we went twice because we loved the ambience so much. 10% off for merch and F/B items for guests. Overall it was a pretty good stay for us. Price was very reasonable for the stay we had!

Cons:

There was only one trash bin in the bathroom, would be better if there is another one in the room. Room was rather dark even when all the lights are on. There were not many sockets so we had to unplug the night lights to charge our phones. No privacy curtains, so we had to open all curtains for more light even in daytime. A bit far from all the main sites in KL.

非常滿意，從入住那一刻就感受到員工都是非常友善、有耐心的
飯店的裝修真的很可愛很用心，週邊也買了不少，有機會絕對會再次入住！
