Buona posizione, ma soggiorno rovinato da rumore e scarsa professionalità
Pros:

Posizione centrale molto comoda per muoversi a piedi. Camera abbastanza pulita, anche se la struttura e l’arredamento risultano piuttosto datati e avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. Reception molto gentile e disponibile, così come la signora della colazione.

Cons:

Aspetti negativi: colazione piuttosto scarsa e soprattutto pessima gestione delle pulizie. Fin dalla mattina presto c’era molto rumore tra urla nei corridoi, porte e oggetti sbattuti continuamente, rendendo difficile riposare. Inoltre, nonostante il check-out fosse previsto alle 11, prima delle 10:30 siamo stati invitati in modo poco educato a lasciare la camera perché doveva essere rifatta. Un comportamento poco professionale che ha rovinato la parte finale del soggiorno.

Die Unterkunft muss dringend nachgeprüft werden, ich werde es nicht enfällen und verlage das Geld zurück

Die Fotos und die Struktur entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem, was angeboten wurde. Alles wirkte veraltet und unhygienisch. Zudem war der Inhaber unhöflich und saß am Empfang an einem schmutzigen schwarzen Pool

Ich hatte in dieser Unterkunft drei Nächte gebucht, wollte dort jedoch nicht übernachten, weil ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt habe. Die Unterkunft entsprach überhaupt nicht den präsentierten Fotos – alles wirkte sehr veraltet und schmutzig.

Ich habe deshalb um eine Rückerstattung gebeten, doch diese wurde abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde mir gesagt, ich solle kein 3-Sterne-Hotel buchen, wenn ich Luxus erwarte. Außerdem wurde ich aufgefordert, die Unterkunft zu verlassen und mir etwas anderes zu suchen. Bis heute habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Ich musst Notfall eine andere Unterkunft suchen und Geld investieren.

Hotel centrale a Formigine, comodo per Modena
Pros:

Camera pulita, essenziale. Bagno grande e doccia ok.
WiFi funzionante.
Posizione ok per andare a Modena in auto in circa 15 minuti.
Colazione in struttura.
Parcheggio interno gratuito. (Presente anche un parcheggio gratuito vicino la struttura)

Cons:

Camera piano terra con odore stantio/strano.
Letti un po' scomodi dove si sentivano le molle. Colazione molto basic, poca scelta (ma cappuccini ecc fatti a mano). Parcheggio interno non grandissimo e confusionario.
