Good value and great staff
Pros:

The rooms are a little dated, but perfectly good for the money. They were clean and very well supplied with drinks, biscuits and toiletries.
The staff were under pressure, but very nice and helpful, the food was good, it did take a long time to come though
All in all I would stop again and they are obviously trying their best

Tatty room at premium price-don’t bother
Pros:

Bar area and reception area (through the ROOMS door) are very nice indeed

Cons:

Room 10 isn’t worth the fee charged. Needs a damn good decorator. The desk stool looked like it was out of a skip. Furniture out of the 80’s. Bedside lamp is loose and suspiciously looks dangerous. The carpet looks like it and the dirt has been on the floor for over 10 years.
Left with a “never again”

Short stay
Pros:

The hotel has a very warm & welcoming atmosphere. My first night had an Irish band playing & there is always something advertised for social events. I only stayed here for 2 nights but would definitely return in the future. No complaints about the food, reasonably priced and good quality.

Arrived at 8pm and no food available at the pub. Food stopped at 8pm so had to go out for something to eat
