Hotel denied my prepaid booking
Pros:

The hotel staff denied my booking whereas I paid the half amount beforehand and booked it, the property said they didn't receive any payment, so I wasn't able to stay at the hotel.i want my money back.

Overpriced average budget stay with a friendly staff
Pros:

The staff is friendly.

Cons:

No restaurant available, so no food available after a long flight.
The location is the far end of Prince Chowk
Overpriced for basic budget accommodation
Photographs are misleading on booking.com - verification should be done so guests are not mislead
