Pros:

The communication between the host and guest is excellent and begins via text/email from the moment you book. The contactless checkin and checkout is the easiest and most convenient I’ve ever experienced (especially with a toddler).

The rooms are clean and the retro vibe is welcoming and relaxing.

The location is beyond perfect:
The beach is a 6 minute walk
The pier is a 5 minute walk
Multiple restaurants, coffee shop, and Publix within a short walking distance.

Great value, would stay again
Pros:

Clean stylish, fairly short, walk to the beach. Also, we had one minor issue when we checked in and we were instantly contacted by the property and the issue was resolved. Thank you!

Cons:

We rented a unit with two sleeping areas. One area was private. The other one not as much.

This is a lovely and very clean little motel and I really liked my stay.
Pros:

The room was well-appointed and truly adorable. The welcome book was great, as well.

Cons:

The "we are a contactless facility so you must reuse your towels" policy definitely did not meet my expectations. I did not like being forced to reuse my bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths. There was no option for ordering more towels for subsequent nights. I think this is less than hygenic. Also, the shower took several minutes to get hot water (be patient).

Everything about this place was good until I laid down for sleep the bed slope down I believe poor quality for me but clean , smells good and decor was beautiful

Pros:

Location is great really near to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Easy access to room and seamless check-in. Quiet and perfect for rest. The Publix right next block is pretty handy. Charging station at the Publix. Kitchen well equiped. Kind service from the host.

Cons:

The room spaces are a bit small: room, bathroom even though it had a kitchen and a livingroom.
