Beautiful view heaps of space for my family. Neat and tidy and close to everything I needed

Cons:

The Netflix kept logging out and you have to contact a member to log back in which was annoying. Ended up logging into mine then there work acc tried to take over my account but they resolved fast

wonderful! Enjoyed the room and the area.
Pros:

location was perfect for us, close to shops, beach & pubs. Great pool for the kids, room was so nice with great views.
any issues we had, were handled quickly when we emailed the company.

Cons:

The reception wasn't very helpful as we rented from a private owner through booking.com and not through The Star.
Bit disappointed the room didn't have a few things we could use like some tea, coffee, salt, pepper and things like that just for use on the first night/morning, just things you would get in most hotels/apartments you rent.

room was good but check in process was inconvenient
Cons:

The check in process and ability to pick up up a key was terrible. Having to walk to a tram station to pick up the key was unexpected especially when traveling with luggage. This would be a nightmare with children. No allocated parking onsite was in an inconvenience. Access in and out of the apartments was not great unless you were utilising the casino.
