Pros:

The apartment was clean and in a good location

Cons:

No milk water or tea available... Not very flexible when asking for a midday check out. Going to the Keysafe at evening made me feel unsafe.

Location was great, although works in tower 2 impeded the convenience of getting around. The apartment itself was lovely, and there was plenty of comfortable bedding to accommodate our large family. The pool, gym and sauna access was a highlight, as well as the BBQ lounge area. The balcony view was lovely as well, though more city view than ocean view. Staff were very responsive to questions and were friendly.

Cons:

There seemed to be a continuous humming/ringing sound nearly our entire stay, I’m not sure if that was from the construction nearby or it was in the building itself. We found there weren’t enough basics included in the kitchen to accommodate cooking (no baking trays for the oven, no oven mitts, baking spray or salt/pepper, no tea bags etc), which wasn’t a huge deal but would be expected in an apartment style booking. The air conditioning also wasn’t great and we found it quite hot in the apartment, but this was easily fixed by opening up windows and the balcony doors. Only having access to one key was inconvenient for our large family when we wanted to split up, as the elevator needed a key to access the floor we were staying on.

Cons:

The property wasn’t properly clean. Found 2 fake nails in one of the room. The kitchen tap is slightly broken. The shower in the main on-suite is designed poorly, so the floor is always wet and there isn’t extra bath mat for us to use.

Very disappointing

The original apartment was swapped due to window damage and the alternative apartment had only a sofa bed in 3rd bedroom instead of normal bed which had ridiculously thin mattress and the central bar underneath protruded through to make sleeping impossible. No quilt. Just thin blanket. Single beds are not normal size but very narrow models and so adults have trouble. Overall the sleeping arrangements were unacceptable.
Only one key was supplied for 4 people and then a demand for $200 deposit to be paid for second one to be collected from kiosk at tram stop which is so difficult to actually get to - no car park near it.
On top of that the microwave did not work and this was a major problem for feeding 4 people.
This trip was supposed to be a special time as my wife celebrated her 70th Birthday with her 3 grown up children and unfortunately became memorable for all the wrong reasons.
Would not use this property again.
