Apt enorme super confortável completo. Perto do mercado e da playa de mia que é a melhor praia da ilha. Foram super atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo.

Great location and clean rooms and a rooftop pool
Well this is the second year in a row the owner didn't tell the staff that we booked a room. It's very stressful. Luckily the front desk manager worked his magic and found us a room.
The location was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. The staff was very friendly.
I used Booking.com and paid a higher price then my friends traveling with us.
I love the entire unit! Beautiful and new and clean and close to everything! Excellent WiFi and a fabulous pool and sundeck on top. I’ve stayed at La Poza my last two solo visits to Isla❤️ And I’m sure for my next trip!

The apartment is new, spacious and very clean! It felt like home! Highly recommended for those who want to have a kitchen! We had all we needed. The location is perfect.

Excellent location in the heart of the town, very close to the beach. Extremely large and spacious apartment. The facilities were good - comfortable bed, washing machine, good shower, Netflix. Staff were responsive and friendly. Amazing rooftop pool with fabulous view of the island and sea. Everything was spotless, including the pool.
Property has absolutely no decoration or personality so feels very clinical and bare. Would have appreciated a little more effort, especially with the outdoor space - we had the ground floor courtyard which was large and had a table but felt very scruffy and unfinished. The apartment also does not come with any storecupboard essentials such as oil which was a little disappointing given the price paid.
None of these were significant issues but are small changes to make this a better holiday apartment.

Location for sure and the comfort of the apartment!
Lack of towels and supplies like extra toilet paper. No one to contact for help! Also, there was a washer as an added bonus, but no dryer!
