Perfect accommodation for our family of four. It really helped having 2 full bathrooms so the teens can take their time getting ready. The apartment is super clean and spacious. Beds big and comfortable. We were able to eat several meals there using the kitchen, which saved us money. The wifi worked well. A washer/dryer is provided as well as a garrafon (water jug) that is safe to drink. Esteban at the front desk was very helpful, and the host Karen was super responsive when I messaged her via WhatsApp for a water jug refill.
The location is perfect. You can walk up to Playa Norte in 5 minutes. We used the Mayan Beach Club every day and loved it. If you walk in the other direction, in 5 minutes you come to the plaza and there is a Super Aki market. So it was very easy to walk up there every day to get drinks and snacks. Hidalgo Street with tons of restaurants is a block over (but my son says the best tacos of the trip were right there on the corner, at Los Burritos.) The rooftop pool is clean and inviting as well.
The balcony is cute, but it overlooks the roof of a golf cart repair shop. There is a large dog that hangs out on the roof and no one is cleaning up after him. There are piles of poop all over the roof. The apartment owner can't do anything about this, of course. But do not book this place if you need a nice street view.
Within walking distance to the beach!! All the restaurants and night life and within walking distance as well. Beautiful rooms and great staff

Apt enorme super confortável completo. Perto do mercado e da playa de mia que é a melhor praia da ilha. Foram super atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo.

Great location and clean rooms and a rooftop pool
Well this is the second year in a row the owner didn't tell the staff that we booked a room. It's very stressful. Luckily the front desk manager worked his magic and found us a room.
The location was fantastic. The rooms were spotless. The staff was very friendly.
I used Booking.com and paid a higher price then my friends traveling with us.
I love the entire unit! Beautiful and new and clean and close to everything! Excellent WiFi and a fabulous pool and sundeck on top. I’ve stayed at La Poza my last two solo visits to Isla❤️ And I’m sure for my next trip!

The apartment is new, spacious and very clean! It felt like home! Highly recommended for those who want to have a kitchen! We had all we needed. The location is perfect.

Excellent location in the heart of the town, very close to the beach. Extremely large and spacious apartment. The facilities were good - comfortable bed, washing machine, good shower, Netflix. Staff were responsive and friendly. Amazing rooftop pool with fabulous view of the island and sea. Everything was spotless, including the pool.
Property has absolutely no decoration or personality so feels very clinical and bare. Would have appreciated a little more effort, especially with the outdoor space - we had the ground floor courtyard which was large and had a table but felt very scruffy and unfinished. The apartment also does not come with any storecupboard essentials such as oil which was a little disappointing given the price paid.
None of these were significant issues but are small changes to make this a better holiday apartment.
