Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen; sehr sehr sauber; sehr gut ausgestattet;

Cons:

Kein schöner Blick im Erdgeschoss; sehr gute Waschmaschine vorhanden aber Waschmittel muss selbst gekauft werden;

perfekt zentral und für kurze Aufenthalte auf der Isla Mujeres.
Pros:

gemütlich, sauber, zentral, warmes wasser, hand und badetücher vorhanden, Trinkwasser vorhanden, praktisch für wenige Tage, einfacher check in umd check out.

Cons:

Kühlschrank nachts permanent laut, hellhörig, wenig Küchenuntensilien um mahlzeiten vorzubereiten.

Pros:

Great location and clean rooms and a rooftop pool

Cons:

Well this is the second year in a row the owner didn't tell the staff that we booked a room. It's very stressful. Luckily the front desk manager worked his magic and found us a room.

Pros:

I love the entire unit! Beautiful and new and clean and close to everything! Excellent WiFi and a fabulous pool and sundeck on top. I’ve stayed at La Poza my last two solo visits to Isla❤️ And I’m sure for my next trip!

Perfect stay in Isla Mujeres!
Pros:

The apartment is new, spacious and very clean! It felt like home! Highly recommended for those who want to have a kitchen! We had all we needed. The location is perfect.

Clean, modern apartment with fabulous pool in great location.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of the town, very close to the beach. Extremely large and spacious apartment. The facilities were good - comfortable bed, washing machine, good shower, Netflix. Staff were responsive and friendly. Amazing rooftop pool with fabulous view of the island and sea. Everything was spotless, including the pool.

Cons:

Property has absolutely no decoration or personality so feels very clinical and bare. Would have appreciated a little more effort, especially with the outdoor space - we had the ground floor courtyard which was large and had a table but felt very scruffy and unfinished. The apartment also does not come with any storecupboard essentials such as oil which was a little disappointing given the price paid.

None of these were significant issues but are small changes to make this a better holiday apartment.

Cute little place close to everything!
Pros:

Location for sure and the comfort of the apartment!

Cons:

Lack of towels and supplies like extra toilet paper. No one to contact for help! Also, there was a washer as an added bonus, but no dryer!

Cons:

Several times we went to ask for more towels and toilet paper but there was no one at the desk. A softer bed and an employee at the desk at all time. Otherwise it was great.

Very friendly staff and a great location
Pros:

Great location. Easy to walk to everything on the north side of the island. Very nice, clean, modern apartment that included plates, utensils, cooking pans, and drinking water. Rooftop pool is lovely and we mostly had it to ourselves. The coffee shop downstairs is very high quality so gets busy during the morning

Cons:

The booking.com listing states it is sea view, we were given a room with a view of a golf cart grave yard and two dogs that would bark at us when we used the balcony. They apologized and had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, but we would have preferred the sea view.
