The property was out of business when I arrived. The neighbor told me that the hotel went out of business 8 days before.

The location especially the staff
only good thing was it was near to baga/calangute
1. no breakfast provided (whereas on booking.com it said yes)
2. no pets allowed (whereas on booking.com it said yes)
3. rooms were all occupied, shifted to other property due to overbooking

Manager is not good , misbehaving with us , try to attack on me , and telling me to check out and not giving me my refund at last i have to call police

Room condition is vry bad, bathroom is not cleaned, and maine to bht paresani jheli, 1 foom diya wo ekdum ganda fir maine complain kiya to room change hua jisme AC kharab, fir complain kiya to fir change hua, jisme bathroom me gurka kha ke gada kiya hua, and shower to dekhne me sahi tha par pani ekdum kam. Jaise taise nahane wala

Its not look like photo in website .the hotel not maintained properly .they never offered daily room clean...regular electricity issue ..they never accept credit card. Overall not satisfied .10 to 15 mins walk to tito lane..restaurent nearby.i saw rats inside hotel..
