The hotel kitchen could have done better by checking the number of registered guests. Breakfast was unprofessionally served, with much of the food finished by 8 am in the morning. When requested to top up, the staff replied that they ran out of eggs.

Excellent Stay - Clean, Comfortable and Great Value
Pros:

I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Impiana by Roxy. Hygiene was well maintained, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, available 24 hours a day, which made the stay even more convenient and reassuring. The hotel offers excellent value for money, considering the quality of the room and service.

Another big plus is the location — only about 20 minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for travellers. Overall, I was delighted with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Struttura molto pulita rispetto i standard asiatici.
L’hotel mette a disposizione asciugami e phon e un paio di ciabatte.
Terrazzo grande e accogliente.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Cons:

Colazione un po’ scarsa. Nulla di entusiasmante.
