Good place for a family to stay and be comfortable

The layout of the Condo and where the property was located

Cons:

The couch, that was in the living area which I did complain about and the manager replaced it with a brand new one.
The pools were pretty small.
The receptionist never answered phones at night.

Things were fine, except for the fragrance issue, which was a major downer.
Pros:

Staff was great. We appreciated being able to use the resort bathroom when we went to the beach after we checked out. Layout of the room was fine.

Cons:

We had asked for no spraying of our room and no air fresheners ahead of time. My wife is allergic to artificial fragrances. However, when we arrived in the room, the smell of fragrance was very strong. We opened the door to the porch and, for a while the door to the room, for things to air out enough, so that my wife could sleep on the couch by the open porch door. There also was a fragrance smell in the elevators.
