saat kami menginap disini kesan pertama masuk hotel.. seprai ada bercak /kotor dan bawah kolong tempat tidur kotor, malamnya pas mau tidur ada kutu dan toilet tidak lancar airnya. kran bocor.. air hujan masuk ke kamar melalui celah jendela hotel. tidak dapat handuk dan sabun mandi.

Not a good place to stay
Pros:

Good location, near Pasar Baru, place for fashion shopping and local food.

Friendly staff, did something after our complaints about the bed , changed new sheet and gave soap

Cons:

Small room, unless you just need to sleep for a cheap price

It was confirmed and i paid but when i came, the receptionist said it was fully booked and they changed my room to another location, which was so dirty.

Everything was really dirty and untidy. Very small room like a rat hole. Bad smell everywhere.
The wifi was not working.
