Raddison Blu Abidjan may be a choice for particularly exhibition oriented trips.
Pros:

The staff was well qualified and helpful.
The airport shuttle service works well.
The rooms are comfortable with my reserve on equioment.

Cons:

Radisson Blu Abidjan has serious maintenance issues at its rooms.
My first room had a broken faucet for the shower therefore difficult to set water temperature and the substitute room had the same issue with the rasor mirror broken as bonus. :(
The breakfast buffet was poor in variety
The lunch and dinner buffets were both poor for both quality and variety.
The hotel relies on its location which is very close to airport and exhibition center which considering the traffic jam at rush hours becomes important.

Kahvaltı zayıf .Çok fazla çeşit yok.Akşam yemeği acık büfe ama fiyat her gün değişti.Açık büfede içtiğimiz suyun bile parasını aldılar.Giderken muhakkak sinek ilacını yanınıza alın.Havuz kenarı ve bahçede çok sinek var.

Extremely Disappointing Stay: Poor Service, Unjust Charges, and Unhelpful Staff at This 5-Star Hotel
Pros:

- Very good breakfast
- Spacious, clean room, as the one you can expect from other Radisson Blu hotels
- location nearby airport with free, frequent shuttle

Cons:

I had my worst experience in a 5-star hotel here and do NOT recommend this property due to several reasons:
1. they charged me 1 month ahead despite the 'no prepayment required' policy. My colleagues were charged 2 months in advance
2. I had to shorten my stay by one night and did this change during the free cancellation period. They refused to pay back the money of this one-night stay (ca 270€) they charged in advance. I addressed this topic 4 times on site and they simply tried to talk their way out or promise to pay back without the action being actually taken
3. The employees at the counter seem not to care about the guests. They do nothing than asking us to do the check in ourselves, for which they should have simply send us a link in advance. They do not really speak English.
4. They refused to store our luggage when our room was not yet ready, which i have NEVER experienced in any hotel (ranging from no star to 5 star) i have stayed so far.

Unfortunately, for a 5-star hotel chain, I do expect better experience than this. Today I am still struggling to get my money back and I thank booking.com for taking this over.

Great place to stay at despite the high room rates.
Pros:

Conveniently located near the Abidjan International Airport, makes it hard to miss a flight. Very comfortable and relaxing bed.

Hôtel bien situé, propre, calme. Chambres confortables. Personnel professionnel et disponible

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.
La formation du personnel: j'ai appelé un jour pour commander un petit-déjeuner. La personne que j'ai eu au room service, m'a rappelée 5 mns après pour me dire que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas compris dans ma chambre. Je lui ai répondu que je savais et que j'allais payé. Cela ne fait pas très professionnel et même insultant. Il y a une façon de dire les choses.
