It was a pleasant stay all in all.
Pros:

The kids enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

We had to call for the ac to be set up by maintenance thrice. It takes a long time to cool the room and the remote of the ac was hard to use since it is not in english.

Pros:

spacious

Cons:

The location is in the midst of the field, roads leading to it are not lighted.
There is no regular TV nor cable TV.
The hair dryer was not working.

Had I not insisted, the restaurant staff would not have served us ala carte order for dinner before 7pm because they were busy preparing for buffet dinner that was to start at 7pm. This should not be the case because a hotel resto must be more flexible and accommodating.

There was no porter to help bring our sizable luggage down the stairs. There is no elevator!

A potentially nice place in the middle of nowhere with incompetent staff; cannot recommend.
Pros:

This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel, let down by poor staff and lack of attention to detail.

Cons:

The staff seemed to be lacking training and supervision. Numerous faults in the room: toilet did not flush, bidet bracket fell off wall, no bath mats, bodywash dispenser empty, balcony filthy. Was promised would be fixed, but on return in the evening not done until chased again with reception.
On first morning, breakfast food on offer was cold, coffee pot empty, toaster unplugged and no butter. Plenty of staff standing around but did not seem to know what to do. The next morning there was no food on offer, then as we were leaving staff arrived with plated meals without asking what we wanted.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere some miles from the town, nothing nearby, so you need a car or taxi to get there..
This is a modern, well built and attractively designed hotel, but let down by the staff and attention to detail.

Great stay and good for money's worth but still lacks some bnb features.
Pros:

I love the services, the size of room, amenities, how clean the pools were.

Cons:

The unavailability of food. Then if you order outside, they will still charge you corkage fee . I think it was a bit unfair.
Not properly communicating about the breakfast buffet.
I hope since it was fatgers day there could've been a movie projected or a live band performance?
The night was a bit boring.

I was paid the family room of euro currency breakfast included. My family are four members and they give only 2 stab only the free breakfast are good for 2 person.I was pretty sad that’s why I spokes one of the staff they give another 2 stab again . But they told to my sister .they just consider my request,if i didn’t called the other two person wil going to pay there breakfast
