Pros:

地理位置真不错，能看见金巴兰海滩 能远眺神鹰广场，是附近地理位置最高的地方，天台位置非常好，服务员很有耐心，也很有礼貌。每个房间都有小阳台，远眺远处风景实在是太好了

Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff ed, in particolare, della Sig.ra Tri, molto disponibile nell'aiutare, in caso di bisogno, e nell'andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente.

Cons:

La camera ,grande e comoda non era purtroppo molto pulita e pur essendo con vista oceano, si affacciava su un grande spazio pieno di immondizie. La Tv non funzionava e la manutenzione è decisamente carente.
La colazione è scarsa e ripetitiva.

Un goût amer avant le retour en France
Pros:

Accueil souriant, terrasse panoramique avec vue sur mer.
La localisation est super pour se rendre aux alentours, visiter la baie au sud ou Kuta au nord (allez y en Graab c'est ni cher ni loin). Proximité avec l'aéroport qui représente un gros plus.
Les monsieurs de la sécurité à l'avant son super, ils vous orientent et sont vigilants à ce que les Graab ne vous arnaquent pas.

Cons:

Les installations de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas à la description.
Le menu vous prpopos des cocktails, il n'y en a pas. Nous avons du proposer 3 plats pour en trouver un disponible. La qualité de la nourriture est plus que médiocre. Je pense que ce fut notre pire repas en 1 mois en Indonésie.
Piscine entre la route et l'entrée de l'hôtel (annoncée avec un bar qui est inexistant lui aussi).
La décoration est à mourir, tout est blanc avec pas mal de fleurs en plastique. On vous propose un buffet au pti dej et vous découvrez qu'il n'est pas dispo quand il n'y a pas suffisamment de clients dans l'hôtel (ce qui semble etre souvent le cas car ce fut 3 fois sur 4 pour nous).

The room don't have any windows.
It wasn't disclosed before I booked.
They just said that since I booked standard that's why it doesn't have windows....
Kinda weird---a room without windows and it should be disclosed for transparency!!!
