I regret having paid for this place in advance.
Pros:

No breakfast, no lock on room door, this is a family apartment, I had use of bathroom but my towel used by others, the place was messy. This is not a place I would ever recommend. Too much money for an awful place to live!

Pros:

Room is good and had everything you need as long as you're not claustrophobic. Owner was really friendly and helpful and was a nice chat about the city and what to do there.

Cons:

You have to pay for parking and the place doesn't own a car park. If the spot that is in front of the location is full, you will have to go to the city centre to use a regular parking.

Unpleasant so would not return.
Pros:

The one person on “duty” was helpful and probably the main positive.
No breakfast.

Cons:

Sheets stained and standard of cleaning poor.
Parking virtually impossible.
Room tiny. This is best described as an absolutely basic student hostel. No lock for room! No breakfast.
