1 Room 2 was having a smell its suffocating it doesn't have a window for ventilation
2 They must fix the Doors of the room its difficult to lock

They are scammers. Do not book!!!

Cons:

They moved my team to a different guest house. We had booked two double beds but they forced us to take a rom with one double bed. They are scammers. Booking.com even failed to rectify.

What I saw on the e booking advert is not what you found
Pros:

The pool was clean the garden so beautiful and clean

There was no water, shower taps falling showers not clean, 🕷️ where sleeping peacefully

The stay could have been better if the room was sprayed with insect spray prior
Pros:

I liked its proximity to amenities.

Cons:

The taps in the bathroom were loose. Basin hot water tap was leaking.
Toilet water tank had no lid
Big black ants were coming out of two holes from the bathtub. Even sellotape could have been used perhaps to seal the holes instead of watching those ants crawl out of the holes and drowning in the bathtub water.
Carpet was dirty and stuffy, had to buy bicarbonate of soda for the carpet
There were no hangers in the wardrobe
They have no ironing tables. Had to iron outside at the verandah on an old table
There flies and roaches in our room
The TV sound quality was a little concerning with bits of echo
The fan was mounted on the wall and still failing to reach us even after dismantling it. It wasn't rotating.

Rz Guesthouse is just a front
Pros:

I cant actually rate this guesthouse as I believe it doesnt exist as I left the place before even seeing Rz Guesthouse but rather was sent to Rizhatch Guest then moved to some guesthouse in Riviera Park. so the picture used in Rz Guesthouse of a room in this Riviera Park guesthouse.
